<br />of the Estate of said deceased, and that her only heirs were and are her husband, Joseph Wehr,
<br />and her children Henry W.Wehr, Venus Wehr, Albert Wehr, and Ena Wehr, now Ena Buttler; and the
<br />Court hereby finds and determines that they are the s ole and only heirs -at -law of the said
<br />Centennial Wehr, deceased, and that said real estate descended to said heirs -at -law in the shares
<br />hereinafter set forth.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described be
<br />and the same hereby is assigned unto the following named persons as follows: to Joseph Wehr, an
<br />undivided one - third; to Henry W.Wehr, an undivided one- sixth; Venus Wehr, an undivided one - sixth;
