<br />under the statutes of descent of Nebraska in fee simple to Mary E.Connor Van Metre and Carolyn Connor
<br />Stephens as tenants in common, share and share alike, subject to a homestead or life estate in the
<br />widow, Mary E.Connor Van, Metre in said Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Seventeen (117) in Railroad
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska and the same is so awarded to them; that said estate
<br />has been fully administered and nothing remains for distribution; that the administratiix is hereby
<br />discharged of her trust, her bond released and said estate is closed.

<br />Estate of WILLIAM D.STELK,
<br />Deceased.
<br />NOW ON THIS 15th day of September, 1943, this matter came on to be heard on the final account
<br />and petition for settlement of final account of W.P.Lauritsen, Administrator of the Estate of
<br />William D.Stelk, Deceased, and the evidence, and was submitted to the court.; on consideration
<br />whereof, the court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said
<br />final account and petition for settlement thereof, ha.s been given to all persons interested in
<br />said estate, as provided by law, Thereunon, the Court, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds as follows:
<br />1. That the final account of the said W.P.Lauritsen, Administrator of the Estate of William
<br />D.Stelk, Deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; that due notice to creditors has
<br />been given, that the only -claim filed against said estate has been allowed, and as stated in the
<br />in the final report of said Administrator, the only property in said above- entitled estate, consist-
<br />ing of two lots in the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, has been sold through action
<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to partially satisfy said claim; that there is
<br />no other property in said estate with which to satisfy said claim; that an order has been entered
<br />barring all other claims against said estate; that the costs of these administration proceedings
<br />have been paid.
<br />2. That said estate is not subject to the payment of an inheritance tax to the State of
<br />Nebraska., or to the United States of America..
<br />3. That said William D.Stelk, deceased, departed this life on March 10, 1936, a resident and
<br />inhabitant of St. Louis, Missouri; that he left surviving him as his heirs and only heirs -at. -law,
<br />one Betty H.Stelk, his widow, and one Bernice Stelk, his daughter., both of legal age, and both
<br />believed to be residents of St. Louis, Missouri.
<br />4. That the only property to come to the possession or knowledge of said Administrator was
<br />two lots in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, described as Lot One (1) in Block
<br />Forty (40) of Charles Wasmer's Addition, and Lot Ten (10) in Block Forty (40) of Charles Wasmer's
<br />Addition and Charles Wasmer's Second Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, "ebraska,
<br />being two lots; that said lots were sold and disposed of by said Administrator in accordance. with
<br />the decree of an action brought by him in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for the
<br />partial satisfaction of said allowed claim; that there is accordingly no property to be assigned
<br />to said heirs of said deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account
<br />and petition for settlement thereof of the said W.P.Lauritsen, Administrator of the Estate of
<br />William D.Stelk, Deceased, be and the same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed;
<br />that all of the above findings of the court be and they hereby are adopted as the decree of this
<br />court; that said Administrator, W.P.Lauritsen, is hereby released from his trust, and his bond,
<br />and the sureties thereto, discharged and released.
