<br />TIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL and DECREE - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM A.STEWART,- also
<br />known as W.A.STEWART, DECEASED, with the original rpcard ther -eof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />HENRY KNUTH
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Henry Knuth of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory, and mindful of the uncertainty of this mortgl: life, do
<br />make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and expenses, including funeral expenses and expenses of my
<br />last sickness by excepting real estate mortgages, shall be paid out of my personal property by my
<br />Executrix hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Martha Knuth the Southwest Quarter (SWU
<br />of Section 'Three (3), Township Ten (10),Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the Southeast Quarter (SEU of Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirteen (13), Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the Sixth P.M., Howard County, Nebraska, for and during her lifetime, she to have the use
<br />of said real estate and all of the rent and income therefrom so long as she shall live and to pay
<br />all taxes, interest and other assessments constituting a lien against the aforesaid real estate,
<br />and on her death said real estate shall pass and descend to my sons Rudolph Knuth.and Emil Knuth
<br />share and share alike absolutely and in fee; provided, however, that my said sons Rudolph Knuth
<br />and Emil Knuth, shall pay to my daughters, Marie Criser, Emma Schwieger and Ella Knuth, or their
<br />respective issue, the sum of One Thousand and no/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars, each, said payments to
<br />be made within one year after the termination of the life interest of my said wife Martha Knuth
<br />In the aforesaid real estate. Said payments shall constitute a lien against said real estate
<br />until paid to my said daughters or their respective issue.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, and whether now
<br />owned by me or hereafter acquired, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Martha Knuth,
<br />absolutely and in fee.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my said wife, Martha Knuth, to be the Executrix of this, my last
<br />Will and Testament and request that she be not required to furnish surety on her official bond as
<br />such.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument consisting of 2
<br />pages of typewritten matter, all of which I have identified with my signature thereon on this
<br />12th day of February, A.D. , 1934.
