I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 2nd day of April, 1943, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William A. Stewart, also known as W.A.Stewart, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th day of April, 1943, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William A.Stewart, also known as W.A.Stewart, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this 29th day of April, 1943- (SEAL) Paul N.Kirk HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D APR 29 1943 County Judge PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF D E C R E E WILLIAM A.STEWART, DECEASED. : — — — — — — NOW on this 30 day of August, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed herein by Ada L.Stewart, executrix of the estate of William A.Stewart, deceased, together with her petition for approval and allowance of her report, settlement of said estate and her discharge herein and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers thereto attached, and being fully advised in the premises finds as follows: That the said William A.Stewart departed this life on the 26th day of March, 1943, and was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska leaving a Last Will and Testament, which >wds admitted to probate in this Court on the 2 day of April, 1943- That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate and time for filing said claims having fully expired all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the date provided by order of the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. That said decedent departed this life leaving as his heirs at law, devisees, legatees and only persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate the following named persons: Ada L.Stewart, widow, Grand Island, Nebraska, over the age of 21 years. That the said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal property; that the real estate consisted of the following, to -wit: One Half interest in Fractional Lot Five (5) in Fractional Block One hundred eleven 111), of Railroad Addition to Grand Island Hall County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Five 5) in Fractional Block Seventeen (17), of kollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall.County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted nd recorded, said two fractional lots forming together one full lot. The Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township Nineteen (19), South, Range Forty -three (43), West of the 6th P.M., Kiowa, Colorado. That the real estate above described did pass and descend under the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament to Ada L.Stewart, widow, in fee simple title. That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States Government; that the final report filed herein by Ada L. Stewart should be approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, said executrix discharged and her bond released from any further liability in said matter. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this Court, if any such there be, are hereby forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report filed herein by Ada L.Stewart, executrix, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, said executrix discharged, and her bond released, from any further liability in said matter. That the real estate hereinbefore mentioned, did pass and descend, under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said William A.Itewart, deceased, to the said Ada L.Stewart, widow, as hereinbefore found, in fee simple title.
