<br />To Mary Rae Dodd, his widow, in fee simple, Lots Seven (7) & Eight (8), Block Four (4), Village
<br />of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To Donald F.Dodd, in trust with power to sell, and distribute and to explore for oil or gas, the
<br />following described lands, to -wit:
<br />160 Acres of Land, situated near Whitetail, Daniels County, Montana.
<br />160 Acres of Land, Situated near Garberville, Humboldt,,County, Calfironia.
<br />The income from said property to be distributed to the Widow of the deceased during her lifetime
<br />and so long as she remain unmarried, in the event of sale of said lands the trustee to distribute

<br />the proceeds as follows, to -wit: One third (1/3) to Mary Rae Dodd, Widow, of the deceased, the
<br />remainder share and share alike to the children of said deceased; that in the event of the re-
<br />marriage of the widow of the deceased, any income from said land to be distributed to the children
<br />of the deceased share and share alike, the surviving children of any deceased child to take the
<br />share of their deceased parent share and share alike.
<br />The Court finds that the said Edward Dodd, died siezed of the f ollowing described personal
<br />property, to-wit:
<br />1- 1941 Model Studebaker Sedan Automobile
<br />1- Diamond ring.
<br />2- shotguns
<br />watch & chain
<br />Office Furniture
<br />household goods
<br />Accouhts rec&evable
<br />That after the payment of all claims, funeral and last illness, expenses and costs of adminis-
<br />tering the estate of deceased, there remained no money on hand for distribution, and the specific
<br />bequests of personalty were disposed of in accordance with the terms of the last Will and Testament
<br />of Edward Dodd, Deceased, recLeSts for which are placed on file herein.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT, that all of terms of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />Edward Dodd, deceased, have been complied with and that the real property devised by said bast
<br />Will and Testament descends as hereinbefore set forth in this DECREE and is so assigned in fee
<br />simple to said heirs.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM A.STEWART
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
<br />I' William A.Stewart, of Cherry County, and State of Nebraska, being of full age, sound mind
<br />and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby
<br />cancelling, revoking and setting aside each and every former will by me made.
<br />FIRST It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise
<br />as can conveniently be done.
<br />SECOND I give, bequeath and devise unto my wife, Ada L.Stewart all the remainder and residue of
<br />my estate, real, personal and mixed wherever found.
<br />THIRD I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Ada L.Stewart sole executrix of this my last will
<br />and testament, to serve without giving bonds, and I hereby empower my said executrix to take full
<br />charge of all my property, real, personal and mixed wherever found, giving her full power to dis-
<br />pose of any part or all of my estate, or to keep any or all of said estate, according to her best
<br />judgment, and I hereby vest in my said executrix full and complete power to execute any and all
<br />instruments of conveyance, deeds, bills of sale, assignments and releases of mortgages, and any
<br />other instruments necessary to convert all or any part of my property into money.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and declared this my last will and
<br />testament this 27th day of April, A.D. 1915, in the presence of the subscribing and attesting
<br />witnesses.
