323 This instrument consisting of five typewritten pages, each page bearing the signature of Edward Dodd, was signed, published, and declared by him to be his last will and testament in our presence and we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, believing him to be of sound and disposing mind and memory, have subscribed our names as witnesses. That on the 10th day of April, 1943, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Edward Dodd deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. EDWARD DODD, DECEASED. ) Now, on this 20th day of August, A.D. 1943, this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report of Donald F.Dodd, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of the said Edward Dodd, Deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to interested persons of the filing of said report, as required by law and by the order of this court, and it further appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said Executor is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said Executor has accounted for all of estate which has come into his hands, it is THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Donald F.Dodd, Executor of the last Will and Testament of the said Edward Dodd, Deceased, be and the same is hereby approved as and for his Final Report. The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided by law, of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses and expenses of the last Illness of said deceased and costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that -all out.- standing claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Edward Dodd, de- ceased, PAGE TWO. The Court finds that the said Edward Dodd, died leaving as his only heirs at law, the following persons, to -wit: Mary Rae Dood, his widow, of Cairo, Nebraska, Phyliss W.Dodd Campbell, of Shelton Nebraska, a daughter, Donald F.Dodd, of Lincoln, Nebraska, a son, Daniel E.Dodd, of Grand Island,hebraska, a son, and Claude E.Campbell of Shelton, Nebraska, a devisee and legatee under the last will and testament of said deceased. The Court finds that the Executor has made a proper distribution in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased of all of the personalty that has come into his hands; that all claims against said estate have been paid, and the report shows no money on hand. The Court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax. The Court finds that Edward Dodd, departed this life at his home in Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of March, 1943, leaving a Last Will and Testament which Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate on the 10th day of April, 1943- The Court finds that the said Edward Dodd, died seized as owner in fee simple of the following described real estate, to -wit: Lots Seven (7) & Eight (8), Block Four (4), Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. 160 Acres of Land, legal description not known, situated.near Whitetail, Daniel County,Montana. 160 Acres of land, legal description nest known, situated near Garberville, Humboldt County, California.
