Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />16th day of March, 1943, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Edward Dodd <br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of April, 1943, said instrument <br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and <br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Edward Dodd deceased, and the same was ordered to <br />be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />10th day of April, 19+3• <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D APR to 1943 County Judge <br />PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />EDWARD DODD, DECEASED. ) <br />Now, on this 20th day of August, A.D. 1943, this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report <br />of Donald F.Dodd, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of the said Edward Dodd, Deceased, and <br />it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to interested persons <br />of the filing of said report, as required by law and by the order of this court, and it further <br />appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said Executor is <br />correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said <br />Executor has accounted for all of estate which has come into his hands, it is <br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Donald F.Dodd, Executor of <br />the last Will and Testament of the said Edward Dodd, Deceased, be and the same is hereby approved <br />as and for his Final Report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner <br />provided by law, of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said <br />deceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses and expenses of the last <br />Illness of said deceased and costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that -all <br />out.- standing claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and <br />excluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Edward Dodd, de- <br />ceased, <br />PAGE TWO. <br />The Court finds that the said Edward Dodd, died leaving as his only heirs at law, the following <br />persons, to -wit: Mary Rae Dood, his widow, of Cairo, Nebraska, Phyliss W.Dodd Campbell, of <br />Shelton Nebraska, a daughter, Donald F.Dodd, of Lincoln, Nebraska, a son, Daniel E.Dodd, of Grand <br />Island,hebraska, a son, and Claude E.Campbell of Shelton, Nebraska, a devisee and legatee under <br />the last will and testament of said deceased. <br />The Court finds that the Executor has made a proper distribution in accordance with the terms <br />of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased of all of the personalty that has come into his hands; <br />that all claims against said estate have been paid, and the report shows no money on hand. <br />The Court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax. <br />The Court finds that Edward Dodd, departed this life at his home in Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on the 6th day of March, 1943, leaving a Last Will and Testament which Last Will and Testament was <br />admitted to probate on the 10th day of April, 1943- <br />The Court finds that the said Edward Dodd, died seized as owner in fee simple of the following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lots Seven (7) & Eight (8), Block Four (4), Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />160 Acres of Land, legal description not known, situated.near Whitetail, Daniel County,Montana. <br />160 Acres of land, legal description nest known, situated near Garberville, Humboldt County, <br />California. <br />That by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Edward Dodd, deceased, the <br />said real estate passed and descended in manner and form as follows, to -wit: <br />Coburn Campbell,-802 let Nat'l <br />Witnesses Bank Bldg. <br />Hall Co., Nebr.
