<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the-15th day of January, 1943, the instrument purporting to be the last will and estament of Ida.
<br />S.Brand, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of ;ebruary, 1943,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ida S.Brand deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of the FINAL DECREE.
<br />Estate of IDA S.BRAND,
<br />Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 18th day of August, 1943, this matter came on to be heard on the final account
<br />and petition for settlement of final account of Joseph R.Fulton, Executor of the estate of Ida
<br />S.Brand, deceased, and the evidence, and was submitted to the court; on consideration whereof,
<br />the court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account
<br />and petition for settlement thereof has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as
<br />provided by law. hereupon, the court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />1. That the said final account of the said Joseph R.Fulton, Executor of the estate of Ida
<br />S.Brand, deceased, is in all respects, just, true and correct; that due notice to creditors has
<br />been given, that all claims against said estate have been allowed or disallowed, and should be
<br />paid and satisfied in accordance with the order of the court; and that said estate is now solvent.
<br />2. That said estate is not subject to the payment of an inheritance tax to the State of
<br />Nebraska, nor to the United States of America.
<br />3. That according to the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased, all of said
<br />property is devised and bequeathed under paragraph "Second ".thereof to two brothers, Frederick
<br />Eugene Brand and William Wallice Brand, share and share alike, or to the survivor thereof; that
<br />the said William Wallice Brand died prior to the death of the said testatrix, Ida S.Brand, de-
<br />ceased, and accordingly said surviving brother, Frederick Eugene Brand is the sole legatee and
<br />devisee under said last will and testament; that said Frederick Eugene Brand is of legal age,
<br />and a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that after payment of said claims and the
<br />costs and expenses of probating said estate, all of the property in said estate, both real and
<br />personal, should be assigned and distributed to said Frederick Eugene Brand.
<br />4. The Court further finds that said deceased was the owner at the time of her death of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Fifty -four (54) feet of Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Twenty -eight (128) of
<br />Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />Fractional Lot Three (3) in Fractional Block Three (3) of Nagy's Addition and the com-
<br />plement of said lot, being Fractional Lot Three (3) in Fractional Block Three (3) of the
<br />Original Town, now City, 'of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one -half (112) interest in Lot Five (5) in Block Ten (10) of Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, 1�ebraska;
<br />which according to the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased, descends and is
<br />assigned to the said Frederick Eugene Brand.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account
<br />and petition for settlement thereof of the said Joseph R.Fulton, Executor of the estate of Ida
<br />S.Brand, deceased, be and the same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed; that
<br />all of the above findings be and they hereby are adopted as the decree of this court; that upon
<br />the filing of receipts showing the payment of the costs and expenses of administration, that the
<br />claims are satisfied as allowed, and that the balance of said money, personal property and pos-
<br />session of sPid real estate has been turned to said sole legatee and devisee, the said Joseph R.
<br />Fulton, Executor, will be discharged from his trust as Executor of said estate and the sureties
<br />on his official bond released.
