<br />of his estate has been made in this state by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of
<br />said deceased;That said premises constituted the homestead of said decedent;That Minnie Dahlke
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska,is the widow of said John H.Dahlke,and that Raymond Dahlke,Norman P.
<br />Dahlke,Ervin F.Dahlke,of legal age,are children and sole heirs of said John H.Dahlke,and the sons
<br />of said decedent.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Minnie Dahlke be assigned a homestead in
<br />said premises,and the the remainder in said estate be assigned as follows:to said Minnie Dahike
<br />a one -third interest therein,to Raymond Dahlke 4 /19ths.interest therein,to Norman P.Dahlke,
<br />4/18ths.interest therein,to Ervin F.Dahlke,4 /18ths. interest therein.

<br />DECREE DETERMINING HEIRSHIP.
<br />Now on this 4th.day of August,1943,this matter came on for hearing on the petition of Raymond
<br />Dahlke,for the determination of heirship of the estate of Minnie Dahlke,deceased,and was submitt-
<br />ed to the Court,Raymond Dahlke appeared in person and by S.J.Shada,his attorne$.
<br />It appearing from the record and files in said matter that notice of the time and place fixed for
<br />the hearing on said petition has been given by publication thereof as by order of said court
<br />heretofore made and entered,whereupon Raymond Dahlke was sworn and testified.
<br />On consideration of the evidence the Court finds that said Minnie Dahlke,departed this life in-
<br />testate on the 2nd.day of January21939; That said Minnie Dahlke was at the date of her death a
<br />resident and inhabitant of the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska,and died seized of an
<br />estate of inheritance in the following described real estate,to -wit: Lot Six (6),in Block Sixteen
<br />(1 6),Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;Ahat more than two
<br />years elapsed since the death of the said Minnie Dahlke,and no application for the appointment of
<br />an administrator of her estate has been made in this state by any heirs or persons claiming to
<br />be creditors of said deceased;That said decedent was the owner of a 1/3 interest in said premises;
<br />That said decedent was a widow;That Raymond Dahlke,Norman P.Dahlke,Ervin F.Dahlke,are children
<br />and sole heirs of said Minnie Dahlke,and the sons of said decedeat,and of legal age.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said estate be assigned as follows; to Raymond
<br />Dahlke,2 /18ths.interest thereinto Norman P.Dahlke,2 /18ths.interest therein,to Ervin F.Dahlke,
