<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />VIE
<br />I, EUNICE I.WILSON, being over the age of twenty -one years, residing in the City of Orange,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not
<br />acting under duress, menace, fraud nor undue influence of any person whomsoever, do make,-publish
<br />and declare this my Last Will and 1!estament, and do hereby expressly revoke all other and former
<br />wills and codicils to wills made by me.
<br />FIRST: I hereby direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my demise as can be lawfully and conveniently done.
<br />SECOND: I hereby give and be ueath the following sums of money to the following persons, to -wit:
<br />The sum of One Hundred Dollars ( 100.00) to my sister, Sarah J.Taber, now residing at 203.Maple
<br />Ave., Orange, California; the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to my nephew Oliver Kenneth Wilson.,
<br />now residing in Santa Barbara, California; and the sum of Fifty Dollars t$50.00) to my niece,
<br />Maurine Wilson, now residing in Manchester, Iowa.
<br />THIRD: I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
<br />both real and personal of whatsoever kind or character and wheresoever situated, to my sisters, Della
<br />Ward Athey, now residing at 136 N. Grand St., Orange, California, and ; Jeanette W. Chiles, now resid-
<br />ing in Los Angeles, California, share and share alike.
<br />FOURTH: I hereby appoint Della Ward Athey the executrix of this my Bast Will and Testament,
<br />and to serve without bond.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of June, 1931, in the
<br />City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California.

<br />The foregoing instrument, consisting of one page, besides this page, was at the date hereof,
<br />by the said EUNICE I.WILSON, signed, sealed, published and declared to be her Last Will and Testa-

<br />other, have signed the same as witnesses thereto.

<br />The petition of DELLA WARD ATHEY for the probate of a certain document as the last Will of the
<br />above named decedent, and that letters testamentary be granted to petitioner coming on regularly
<br />to be heard, proof being made to the satisfaction of the Court:
<br />It is found: That notice of this hearing has been given as required by law; that the allegations
<br />of said petition are true; that said decedent died testate on or about July 3rd,1942, being at that
<br />time a resident of Orange County, State of California, leaving real and personal estate in California;
<br />and that the said document herein filed is the last Will of said decedent;
<br />IT IS ORDERED: That said document herein filed is admitted to probate as the last Will of said
<br />decedent; that the petitioner be appointed Executrix and that letters testamentary issue to petitioner,
<br />upon taking the oath.
