Mary Willman, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, publish and declare this instrument <br />as and for my last Will and Testament, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me executed. <br />1. <br />I her -=by appoint John Willman and Molly Willman Craft, executrices of this my last Will and <br />Testament. <br />11 <br />I direct that my executrices have the right to sell all of my property both real and personal six <br />months after my death, if a good and sufficient market can be had, subject to the approval of the <br />Court. <br />III <br />I direct my executrices to pay <,Ill my just debts, including expenses of my last sickness and <br />death, and the ex>enses incident to the probate of this will from my uersonal property as soon <br />after my death as is reasonably convenient. <br />IV. <br />I give, devise and bequeath all of my property both real and personal or mixed wherever situate, <br />and any property that I may be entitled to at the time of my death, to be divided equally, share and <br />share alike among my eight children, or their issue; Henry Willman, age 50, Greeley Colorado; George <br />Willman, age 49, Council Bluffs, Iowa; Kate Hofferber, age 44, Grand Island; Nebraska; Marie Willman <br />Woodworth, age 39, Grand Island,Nebraske.; Molly Willman Craft, a e 37, Aurora, Nebraska; John Will- <br />man, age 35, Grand Island, Nebraska; David Willman, age 32, Grand Bland, Nebraska; Daniel Willman, <br />age 31, Grand Island, Nebraska.. <br />IN WITNESS 4HEREOF, I have on this 17 day of October, 1941, at Grand Island,Nebraska, signed <br />the foregoing instrument as and for my last Will and Testament, in the presence of each and all of <br />the subscribing witnesses, each of whom I have requested in the ?presence of the other to subscribe <br />his name as an attesting witness, in my presence and in the presence of the others. <br />WITNESS: <br />Mrs. Marie Nelson <br />ki�s..
