<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate )
<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />NELL FEENEY, Deceased.
<br />NOW on this 30th day of June, 1943, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of
<br />Mary Feeney, administratrix of the estate of Nell Feeney, deceased, and it appearing to the satis-
<br />faction of the court from the proof on file, that all persons interested in said estate have been
<br />notified as required bylaw and the order of this court and there being no objections or protest on
<br />file, the court proceeded to examine said report. After a full examination thereof, the court
<br />finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed and that
<br />the said administratrix has accounted for all of the estate of said. deceased which came to her
<br />possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Mary Feeney, adminis-
<br />tratrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her Final Report.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Nell Feeney, deceased, of
<br />the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against her estate; that the time allowed
<br />for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />fully paid and satisfied; that all claims and demands outstanding against the said Nell Feeney.-de-
<br />ceased, and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, considered. and adjudged by Zhe court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Nell Feeney,deceased, and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Nell Feeney departed this life intestate on the 19th day
<br />of September, 1941, and that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that she left surviving her as her heir at law and only heir at law, Mary Feeney, her mother.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Nell Feeney was at the time of her death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Five (5), in Block Sixty -One (61), in the
<br />Original Town now City of Grand Island,Hall County, State of Nebraska and.Lot One (1)
<br />Block Sixty -Nine (69), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska, and also the following described real estate situated in Greeley Count ,
<br />Nebraska, to -wit: The Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2) in Township Nineteen (19�,
<br />North of Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Nebraska, containing
<br />one hundred and sixty acres, subject to a life estate therein in favor of Mary Feeney,
<br />also, 1 share of stock in the western Union Telegraph Company, Certificate No. 319022.
<br />and. that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right, title and interest
<br />of said Nell Feeney in said real estate did pass and descend at her death to the said Mary Feeney,
<br />her mother, in absolute title.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that all debts of said deceased, including the funeral expense and
<br />expense of the last illness, and all claims filed against said estate have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied, that said estate was not subject to Inheritance Tax under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska or of the United States; that Mary Feeney, the administratrix, has advanced funds with
<br />which to pay the debts and claims and that she makes no claim against the estate for funds so
<br />advanced.
<br />IT IS CONSIDERED) ADJUDGED and DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the interest of the said Nell
<br />Feeney in and to
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Sixty -One (61), in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska and Lot One (1) Block Sixty -Mine (69), in the Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, and also the following

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said estate should be closed
<br />and settled, that the costs of probate have been paid and that the said Mary Feeney is discharged
<br />as administratrix and her bond released.

<br />remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
