<br />LOTTIE SOPHIA CAMPBELL, Deceased.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />D E C R E E
<br />Now on this 6th day of January, 1943, this c ee_came on for hearing on the Final Report of
<br />Clyde Campbell, executor of the Estate of Lottie'- Campbell, deceased, and it appearing to the
<br />satisfaction of the Court that noticd as required by law has been given to all persons interested
<br />as to the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication,
<br />and no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds that said
<br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the Final Report of said
<br />executor; that he has accounted for all property coming into his hands or under his control.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said de-
<br />ceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and that the time
<br />allowed for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed,
<br />if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that
<br />the same is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that Lottie Sophia Campbell departed this life .: testate on the 15th day of
<br />July, 1942; that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that she left surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons; Clarence Campbell, son; Clyde Campbell, son; Ray Campbell, son; Fred Campbell, son, Florence
<br />Campbell, daughter; Mrs. Stella Speck, daughter; and Mrs. Irma Riggs, daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that Lottie Sophia Campbell died possessed of the following described
<br />real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14) in H.G.C1ark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased did give, devise and bequeath said real estate $6
<br />Florence Campbell and Fred Campbell, share and share alike, and that fee simple title in and to
<br />said real estate did pass and descend upon the death of Lottie Sophia Campbell to said Florence
<br />Campbell and Fred Campbell in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died possessed of certain personal property; that by
<br />the terms of the last will and testament, said personal property was devised and bequeathed to
<br />Clarence Campbell, Ray Campbell and Clyde Campbell, Mrs. Stella Speck and Mrs. Irma Riggs, and that
<br />distribution of said personal property has been made by the executor as provided by the terms of the
<br />will.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), in H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />did-'pass and descend on the death of Lottie Sophia Campbell under the terms of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of the said deceased in the following manner to -wit: to Florence Campbell, daughter of
<br />the deceased, and to Fred Campbell, son of the deceased, the fee simple title in equal shares.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of the executor
<br />is approved in all things, and that his bondsmen are hereby released of any and all-.liability.

<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having
<br />a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
