<br />LOTTIE SOPHIA CAMPBELL.
<br />I,_ Lottie Sophia Compbell, being of sound mind and memory, do publish and declare this to be
<br />my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made, in words and
<br />figures following:
<br />I.
<br />I direct thn.t all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of my last illness be paid by
<br />my Executor, hereinafter named as soon after my death as possible.
<br />II. -
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Florence Campbell and to my son Fred Campbell,
<br />share and share alike, the home in which I now live,-including; all househould furnishings therein
<br />contained. Any taxes, liens or other encumbrances due on said property-at the date of my death
<br />shell be paid by them.
<br />In the event one of the above named children shall precede me in death, then said property
<br />shall go to the survivor. In the event both children sh -.ould precede me in death, said real
<br />estate and household furnishings shell be divided among the five children named hereinafter,
<br />share and dhare alike.
<br />III.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, including insurance policies and money in
<br />the bank, I give, devise and bequeath to my following named children, share and share alike:
<br />Clarence Campbell, Ray Campbell, Mrs. Stella Speck, Mrs.Irma Riggs, and Clyde Campbell.
<br />In the event any of the five above named children shall precede me in death, I direct that
<br />his or her share shall be distributed to his or her children.
<br />IV.
