<br />LAST WILL OF LOUISE LUCAS
<br />I,Louise Lucas,of Grand Island,Nebraska,make this my last Will hereby revoking all former Wills
<br />by me made.
<br />I provide that all my property,real and pereonal,shall go into three parts,one part to my daughter
<br />Ella Gray,one part to my daughter Anna Beman,and one part to my daughter Frieda Meadows.
<br />I hereby provide that this Will shall be probated by the law firm of Mayer and Mayer of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,who shall attend to the distribution of my estate.
<br />I have appointed no Executor because my children all live away from Grand Island,but the Adminis-
<br />trator With Will Annexed hereof shall be se lected by my said children in eonjuction with my said
<br />counselors.
<br />Done at Grand Island,Nebraska,this 5th day of March,1940.

<br />Now on this 30th day of June, 1943,this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of Thomas
<br />W.Lanigan,Administrator with will annexed of the last will and testament of Louise Lucas,deceas-
<br />ed,and upon the Petition for settlement of said estate,and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files and being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report
<br />as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report,and the Court being duly advised in the premises
<br />finds that said report is true and correct and that the same should be allowed and approved as
<br />and for the Final Report of said administrator,with will annexed.
