<br />Now on this 30th day of June,1943,this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the evi-
<br />dence and was submitted to the Court,on cohsideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal
<br />notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter,both creditors
<br />and heirs,as required by law.Thatall of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition
<br />are true;that the said Mercy M.Miller died intestate in Hall County,Nebraska,On the 10th dayiof
<br />October 1991,seized and possessed at the time of her death of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Thirteen (13) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator
<br />of the estate of said deceased;that the husband of said Mercy M.Miller survived her and that her
<br />only heirs were and are her-said husband and children,namely: Parker F.Miller,her husband,Maud
<br />Miller,Harry Miller,Clyde Miller,William Miller and Fern Miller;and the Court hereby finds and
<br />determines that they are the sole and only heirs -at -law of said Mercy,M.Miller,deceased,and that
<br />said real estate descended to them under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described he and
<br />the same hereby is assigned to the said Parker F.Miller,Maud Miller,Harry Miller,Clyde Miller,
<br />William Miller and Fern Miller.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the estate
<br />of said deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be and the same
