That the said final accourgt of the said Charles <br />tors of the Estate of Charles A.Winter, deceased, is in <br />upon a full examination, said account and report is in <br />2. That due and proper notice, as provided by law, <br />claims whatsoever were filed against said estate, and <br />claims was entered. <br />W. That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax, state or feder 1, <br />the exemptions of each heir -at -law far exceeding the amount or value received, and said estate is <br />found to be free and clear of any inheritance tax to the state of Nebraska, and to the United <br />States of America. <br />4. That the names and residences of the heirs -at -law of said deceased are as follows: <br />Louise Winter, widow, of Grand Island Nebraska; <br />Caroline Heupel, daughter, of Cairo, kebra."ska; <br />Elsie M. Niemoth, daughter, of Grand Island,Nebraska; <br />Charles W.Winter, son, of Grand Island,Nebraska.; <br />that all of said heirs -at -law are of legal age; that said widow is the mother of all of said <br />children of the deceased. <br />5. The court further finds that said deceased was the fee owner at the time of his death <br />of the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section Eleven (11),Township Twelve (12),North,Range <br />Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SJ NWJ) of section Twenty -seven (27).,Township <br />Twelve (12),North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half interest in the West half of the Northeast Quarter (W2 NE4) of <br />Section Eleven (11),Township Twelve (12),North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />that said Southwest Quarter of Section 11- 12- 9aabove described, constitutesone farm and was farmed <br />as one farm by the decedent,that he lived upon the same during his lifetime with his family and <br />that the same was his family homestead, and that his surviving widow, the said Louise Winter, has <br />a life estate in said quarter section of land; that subject to said life estate, all of said <br />above described real estate is hereby assigned as follows: <br />An undivided one third thereof to the said Louise Winter, widow, and undivided two - ninths thereof <br />to each of the three children above named. <br />6. That there was no personal property except household goods and personal clothing and <br />effects, and all of said personal property should be set off to said widow, Louise Winter, as <br />her own property and assigned to her. <br />7. That the said deceased, Charles A.Winter, received the first two above described pieces <br />of said real estate by deed, being named in said deeds as "Charles Winter:" and he and Louise <br />Winter received the third above - described piers of real estate by deed, being named in said deed <br />as "Charlie Winter and Louise Winter "; that notwithstanding the discrepancy in spelling, the said <br />Charles A.Winter, Charles Winter and Charlie Winter was one and the same person. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account of the <br />1 <br />_1 <br />1 <br />n <br />
