<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby
<br />certify that on the 7th day of December 19421instruments purporting to be the last will and test-
<br />ament and.Codicil thereto of James Allan deceased,were filed for probate in this Court.That on
<br />the 5th day of January 1943,said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly
<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil 'thereto of the real and
<br />personal estate of said James Allan deceased,and the same were ordered to be recorded in the rec-
<br />ords of the Court aforesaid.

<br />JAPES ALLAN, Deceased. )
<br />N OtiVI on this 9th day of June,1943, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of George
<br />D.Allan, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of James Al?.an, deceased, following due
<br />notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointee for hearing thereon as
<br />by law and the order of this court required and no one appeared to object or protest.
<br />And after a full examination of said report,the court being duly advised in the premises,finds
<br />that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be a17_owed;that the said administrator
<br />has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into axis hands or under his control and
<br />that there remains no .:coney or other personal property in his possession for distribution.
<br />The court finds that due notice was given to. all creditors of said deceased,as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time so allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased,or his estate not filed
<br />in this office within the time allowed for filing claims, if any such exist, are therefore forever
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the said George D.Allan,administrator
<br />with the will annexed of the estate of James Allan,deceased,be and the same is approved and
<br />allowed as for his final account,and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of James Allan,deceased.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the sAid James Allan departed this life on the 18th day of Oct,ober,1942;
<br />that he was at the time of his death,a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that
<br />he left a last Will and Testament and codi_cil,which instrument was duly proved,allowed and
<br />admitted to probate in this court on the 30th day of Decelber,1942,and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said James Allan was,at the time of his death,the owner in fee simple
<br />title of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot Twelve (12) Block �Vwelve (12) Brett & Johnson's Addition
<br />to the Village of `good River
<br />and that under the terms and provisions of the last Will and Codicil of the said James Allan,
<br />the said real estate above described did pass and descend to Jessie D..Allan in absolute title.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FIITDS that all claims filed against said estate and allowed by the court have
<br />been fully paid;that all legacies provided under said will have been paid by the said administ-
<br />rator and that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax and that all costs of said estate
<br />have been paid by said administrator.
