<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Gustavus Kolls
<br />d eceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />JA ES ALLAN.
<br />I,James Allan,of Wood River,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make,
<br />publish and declare,this my last will and testament,as follows:
<br />_FIRST: I direct that my executor hereinafter--:named shall pay all of my just debts and funeral ex-
<br />penses as soon after my decease as convenient.Subject to the payment of my debts and funeral ex-
<br />pense,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Jessie D.Allan,all of my property of every
<br />kind and nature,she to have the same absolutely and forever.This bequest includes all real estate
<br />which I may own at the time of my death and all personal property which I may own.
<br />SECOND: In the event that my beloved wife,Jessie D.Allan should precede me in death,then I direct
<br />that all of my property including real estate and personal property,be sold by my executor here-
<br />in after named,and the proceeds thereof divided equally between our children Ethel M.Allan,11argaret
<br />Quisenberry,George D.Allan and Lue J.Allan.
<br />THIRD: I hereby authorize my executor to sell all of my property without application to or author-
<br />ity from any court whatsoever,and to divide the proceeds among my children as above set forth.In
<br />the event,however,that my wife should survive me,all of my property is hereby bequeathed to her
<br />in absolute title.
<br />FOURTH: I name,nominate and appoint,B.J.Cunningham,executor of this my last will and testament,
<br />and Hereby revoke any and all wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my hand at Grand Island,Nebraska,this 7th day of
<br />September,A.D.1937.
