272 <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />TNEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />and fully satisfied, and that any claim=s not so filed, if any such therebe, should be forever <br />barred and precluded. <br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Otto Wetzel departed this life on the 20th day of January, 1931, <br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last will and testament, which <br />was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 17th day of February, 1931; that said Otto Wetzel <br />was an unmarried man, and that he left as his sole heir and beneficiary, Anna Wetzel, his mother; <br />that according to the provisions of the last will and testament, all of his estate was bequeathed <br />and devised to said Anna Wetzel, to be hers absolute. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the final report of the executrix, be and <br />the same is hereby approved and allowed. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all claims against said estate have been <br />paid and fully satisfied, and that any claims not so filed, if any such therebe, should be and <br />the same are hereby forever barred and precluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all of the property belonging to Otto Wetzel, <br />did according to the provisions of his last will and testament, pass and descend to Anna Wetzel, <br />his mother, the same to be hers absolute, and the same is hereby accordingly awarded to her, said <br />estate closed, and the executrix is discharged. <br />Paul N.
