<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Otto Wetzel departed this life on the 20th day of January, 1931,
<br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last will and testament, which
<br />was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 17th day of February, 1931; that said Otto Wetzel
<br />was an unmarried man, and that he left as his sole heir and beneficiary, Anna Wetzel, his mother;
<br />that according to the provisions of the last will and testament, all of his estate was bequeathed
<br />and devised to said Anna Wetzel, to be hers absolute.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the final report of the executrix, be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all claims against said estate have been
<br />paid and fully satisfied, and that any claims not so filed, if any such therebe, should be and
<br />the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all of the property belonging to Otto Wetzel,
<br />did according to the provisions of his last will and testament, pass and descend to Anna Wetzel,
<br />his mother, the same to be hers absolute, and the same is hereby accordingly awarded to her, said
<br />estate closed, and the executrix is discharged.

<br />Led in this court his final account as such Administrator,

<br />For these purposes the 9th day of June,1943,at 10 o'clock A.M.at the County Court Room in said
<br />County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition,examining and allowing said
<br />account,and it was ordered that the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon,be given to all
<br />persons interested in said matter,by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent,a
<br />legal newspaper printed in said County,for three weeks prior to said day of hearing,and it appears
<br />by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by this Court and no objections have been
<br />made or filed thereto and that the same should be allowed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises,the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />That Carl Tuenge,who also was known as Carl Tinge,departed this life at his residence in Hall
<br />C ounty,Nebraska,on the 8th day of November,1942,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,testate.
<br />SECOND
<br />That on the 27th day of November,1942,Bertha Kruse and Liartha M einke,daughters of said Carl Tuenge,
<br />deceased, filed in this Court a petition setting forth the above facts-and of i eeing for probate an
<br />instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Carl Tuenge,deceased , whieh instrument
<br />was filed with this Court on November,27,1942,and further alleging that the heirs and only heirs -
<br />at -law of said Carl Tuenge,deceased,are Emelie Tuenge,his widow,Bertha Kruse,a daughter,and Martha
<br />Meinke,a daughter,all overthe age of 21 years;that one Hermann Kruse was named Executor in said
<br />Will but that he departed this life on November 18,1942,prior to the offering of said Will for
<br />probate,and was therefore unable to act as such Executor,and said petitioners prayed that Fritz
<br />W.Meinke be appointed Administrator witL skid Will Annexed of this estate;and on the 27th day of
<br />November,1942,this Court entered an order assigning the 23rd day of December,1942,at 10 o'clock
<br />A,Yl.at the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition and
<br />proving said Will and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof
<br />be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a copy of said older in the Grand
<br />Island,Independent,a legal newspaper printed in said County,for three successive weeks prior to said
<br />day of hearing,and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by
<br />this Court. THIRD
<br />The Court further finds that at said time and place and hearing,said petition was granted and said
<br />Will was proved and allowed as and for the Last Will and Testament of said Carl Tuenge,and a decree
