<br />I, Otto Wetzel, being of sound mind and memory, and in considering the uncertainties of this
<br />mortal life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in words and
<br />figures following, to -wit:
<br />First: I direct that all of my just debts, including the expense of my last sickness, death
<br />and burial be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />Second: I devise and bequeath all my real and personal property wheresoever it may be to my
<br />mother, Anna Wetzel, absolutely, and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will, and request
<br />that she be permitted to qualify without giving bond.
<br />I hereby revoke aamy and all former wills by me made.
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of January, 1931.

<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the jasV
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Otto Wetzel deceased, and the same was;

<br />Now on this 26th day of March, 1932, this matter came on for hearing on the final report of the
<br />executrix, and it appearing that notice of the filing of said report has been waived by Anna
<br />Wetzel, the sole beneficiary under the last will and testament of said deceased, and that said
<br />Anna Wetzel is of lawful age, the Court examined said report, and being fully advised, finds the
<br />same to be correct, and that the same should be approved, and allowed.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that due notice by publication has been given to all persons interested
<br />as to the time fixed and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate, and that said
<br />time has full- elpsed and expired, and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid
<br />
