<br />The Court further finds that no claims have been filed against said estate and the order barring
<br />all claims was made by the court on the 2nd day of February,1943,as by law provided and that
<br />probate court costs,including attorney's fees have been paid and vouchers filed therefore,that
<br />no U.S.Government or State Inheritance Tax,or Estate Tax is due from said estate; that Emma
<br />Louise Ross,surviving widow,and Mable Ruth Hite,daughter,are the sole and only heirs of the said
<br />Archibald Ross,deceased;that the said Archibald Ross died siezed and possession of the following
<br />described real estate,to -wit:
<br />A lot located in Potter,Nebraska and described as follows: Beginning at the inter - section of the
<br />West line of Cedar Street and the North line of the Union Pacific Railroad Right- of- way,.running
<br />thence North One hundred Ninety (190) feet;thence West Eight Hundred (800) feet; thence South
<br />One Hundred Nineteen (119) feet; thence a little south of East along the north line of the Union
<br />Pacific Railroad Right -of -way to the place of beginning,being the SWJ of the NE4 of Section Six
<br />(6),Township Fifteen (15),North,Range 52;
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Thirty -seven (37) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to Grand Island, -Nebraska;
<br />and that said land descends to the said named -heirs as by law provided.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT said Final Account be allowed as
<br />the Final Account of the said Emma Louise Ross,Administratrix of said estate;that there is no
<br />Inheritance or Estate Tax due the U.S.46vernment or the State of Nebraska,from said Estate;that
<br />Emma Louise Ross surviving widow and Mable Ruth Hite,daughter of the deceased,are all over the
<br />age of 21 years,and are the sole and only heirs at law of the said Archibald Ross,deceased and
<br />that each of said heirs are the undivided owners in fee simple as set forth by the law of Descent
<br />of the State of Nebraska,to the following described real estate,to -wit:

<br />AT a, session of the County Court held th and for said County of Hall this 12th da.y of May,
<br />1943, present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge;
<br />BE IT REMEM BERED that on the 19th day of April, 1943, Ernest L.Walker, Administrator of the
<br />Estate of Ralph M.Bootman, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such Administrator,
<br />and a petition praying that s=,id account be allowed, for a decree of heir -ship, an order of dis-
<br />tribution final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 12th day of May, 1943, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room
<br />in said County, was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and
<br />allowing said account, and it is ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition and the
<br />hearing thereof, be given to all persons in said matter by publishing such notice in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day
<br />of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court, and
<br />no objections have been made or filed thereto, and that the same should be allowed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />matter, the Court finds as follows:
