<br />The Court further finds that the said Flora Greenberger, 
<br />of November, 1942, in Omaha, Nebraska, and that at the time 
<br />inhabitant of Hall '_ County, Nebraska, and left a Last Will ai 
<br />sideration of this Court, duly proven, allowed and admitted 
<br />1942; that in said Will she named A.J.Luebs as Executor and 
<br />said A.J.Luebs was duly appointed Executor of the Estate of 
<br />Letters Testamentary were duly issued to him by this Court.

<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and 
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased, and that the time 
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed 
<br />within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting' 
<br />any such claims against said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds that all funeral expenses of the deceased and all debts against the 
<br />estate and the costs of these proceedings have been paid. 
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased was not subject to an inheritance tax 
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a. Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United 
<br />States. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said Flora Greenberger was possessed of personal property and 
<br />also real estate in the State of Nebraska at the time of her death; that said real estate is 
<br />described as follows: 
<br />The North One -Half WO of Lot One (1) in Block Eleven (11) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition 
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said Flora Greenberger left surviving her as heirs -at -law 
<br />and only heirs -at -law the following named persons, to -wit: Marian Abrams and Louise Kully, 
<br />daughters of the deceased; that the husband of the deceased preceded her in death; that under 
<br />the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Flora Greenberger, deceased, - 
<br />all of the property of which she was possessed at the time of her death and after payment of 
<br />funeral expenses and other claims including costs of this proceedings, and certain items of 
<br />jewelry, specifically devised, passed and descended to her daughters, Marian Abrams and Louise 
<br />Kully, share and share alike, to have and to hold the same forever. . 
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of A.J.Luebs, 
<br />Executor of the Estate of Flora Greenberger, Deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all things, 
<br />approved and allowed as the Final Report of the Executor and said estate is hereby settled and 
<br />closed and said Executor discharged. 
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED :3Y THE 
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, 
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />and the same is accordingly assigned and set over to them by the Court
