<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

<br />FLORA GREENBERGER
<br />I, Flora Greenberger, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of.sound mind and disposing memory do
<br />make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all of my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial and all
<br />administratite expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon after my death as
<br />convenient.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise add bequeath to my beloved daughter, Miriam Abrams, my large solitaire diamond
<br />ring; tp my beloved daughter Louise Kully my diamond finger ring; to my beloved granddaughter
<br />Sandra Jean Kully my small solitaire diamond set in yellow gold; and to my beloved granddaughter
<br />Rita Abrams my diamond engagement ring.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both realty and personalty and whether
<br />now owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />beloved daughters Miriam Abrams and Louise Kully, share and share alike, to have and to hold the
<br />same forever; provided, further, that in the event either of my daughters should precede me in
<br />death leaving issue them surviving the share of such deceased daughter shall pass and descend to
<br />such issue in equal shares by right of representation.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint A.J.Luebs, of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be the Executor of this
<br />my Last Will and Testament.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former Wills heretofore made by me.

<br />Testatrix, subscribed her name to the foregoing instrument composed of two pages, including this

<br />and hearing declared said instrument to be her Last Will and Testament, and we, at her request and

<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said
<br />County. on the 17th day of December, A.D., 1942.

<br />Flora Greenberger, Deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 24th day of November, 1942, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Flora Greenberger deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of December,
<br />1942, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Flora Greenberger, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />Now on this 12th day of May, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />A.J.Luebs, Executor of the Estate of Flora Greenberger, deceased, and upon his petition for the
<br />allowance and approval of said report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein as
<br />Executor, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said Final Report and no one appearing to object to the
<br />same and the Court having examined said report and all preliminary reports together with the
