<br />The Court further finds that the said Margaret Savage died in Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on October 17, 1942; that she was at the time of her death a citizen and resident of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto, which have
<br />been heretofore admitted to probate.
<br />The Court further finds that the time fixed by the Court for filing claims has long since
<br />elapsed; that all claims filed in this estate have been paid.in full and receipts filed therefor;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file be
<br />and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court finds that the court costs and expenses of administering the estate have been paid
<br />in full and receipts filed therefor.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to Federal estate tax or State in-
<br />heritance tax; that the gross value of said estate did not exceed the sum of $3100.00.
<br />The Court further finds that the bequest of $5.00 to J.G.Savage has been paid in full and
<br />receipt filed therefor.
<br />The Court finds that Omar Shilts, the legatee named in the second paragraph of the last Will
<br />and Testament has not been seen or heard from for many years last past, and that the Executors
<br />have Raid to the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, the bequest of $5.00 to be held by the
<br />County Judge and for the use and benefit of the person entitled thereto.
<br />The Court further finds that the surviving spouse, J.G.Savage, also known as Jacob G.Savage
<br />did on November 19, 1942, quit -claim his interest in the real estate owned by the said Margaret
<br />Savage at the time of her death, to -wit, Lot One (1) in Block One Hundred Twenty -two (122) of
<br />Union Pacific Railway Company's second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, which
<br />Quit Claim Deed was recorded in Book 83, at page 477, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Margaret Savage was the owner of Lot One (1) in Block
<br />One Hundred Twenty -two (122), Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, at the time of her death.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said real estate be and the
<br />same is hereby set off to Ivy Simpson, Grace Denman and Prudence Wynne in accordance with the
<br />terms and conditions of said last Will and Testament.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jacob Savage has made,executed and delivered to Ivy
<br />dimpson, Grace Denman and Prudence Wynne a Bill of Sale to the household furniture and that the
<br />Executors have delivered the same to the grantees in said Bill of Sale.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the estate be and the same is
<br />hereby closed and that the Executors be and they are hereby discharged and their bond released.

<br />of said-Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form

<br />Now on this 12th day of April, 1939, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the
<br />final account of Edna Mae Stewart, Administratrix of the estate of Francis C.Stewart, deceased, her
<br />petition for allowances, and petition for distribution. the Court being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds that due and legal notice of the time and place for hearing said account and said
<br />petitions has been given to all persons interested in said estate by publication, as-provided by
<br />law. Thereupon evidence was duly introduced and the Court finds from a careful examination of
<br />said final account that the same is true and correct and should be approved.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had in the said estate for the filing
<br />and allowing of claims; that a time and place for filing claims has been duly fixed by order of
<br />Court, and due notice thereof given to all creditors and other persons interested therein. That
<br />said time has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid
<br />in full and that any and all other claims, debts or demands against said estate should be and the
<br />same are hereby forever barred and foreclosed. the Court further finds that the said estate is
<br />not subject to the payment of inheritance or estate taxes, and that the funeral expenses and
<br />expenses of administration have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that Francis C.Stewart died intestate on April 27, 1938, being a resi-
<br />dent and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left as his sole and only heirs at law
<br />the said Edna Mae Stewart, his widow, and the following minor children; Jerry C.Stewart and
<br />Frances Mae Stewart.
