<br />3000 to endow a room in the F.G.Keens Home for the aged, Kearney.
<br />Theorest and residue of my property and estate to be given to The Corpus Christi Carmelites, Inc.

<br />Now on this 2 th day of July, 1941, this matter came on to be heard,hearing having been continued
<br />from June 13, 19 1 to this date, upon the final account and Petition for Discharge of Rev. Fr,,ancis
<br />J.Tschida, Executor of the Estate of Mary Mahoney, Deceased, and for the distribution of personal
<br />property of said estate, the assignment of real estate of said estate and the evidence, and was
<br />submitted to the court on consideration whereof.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that due and legal notice of time and place of hearing on said final account
<br />and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided
<br />by law, and the court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That the said final account of Rev. Francis J.Tschida executor of the estate of Mary Mahoney,
<br />deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; and due notice to creditors has been given;,
<br />that all claims allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied. That said estate is
<br />now solvent and that no federal or state inheritance taxes are due from said estate.
<br />That according to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, the following
<br />cash legacies are payable as follows:
<br />Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) to endow a room in the F.G.Keens Hone for the Aged of
<br />Kearney, Nebraska.
<br />That according to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, the residue of
<br />said estate, both real and personal, is bequeathed and devised to the Corpus Christi Carmelites,
<br />Incorporated, of Kearney, Nebraska.
<br />That on final settlement of the estate there will be due this court the sum of Fifty Eight
<br />Dollars 058.00); that the executor is entitled to receive and is hereby allowed the sum of
<br />Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for his commission pursuant to the statute and for special services
<br />rendered; that the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be and is hereby allowed to Minor & Minor
<br />for their fee as attorney in probating the will of the testatrix and continuing proQeedings for the
