<br />The Court further finds that said Albert J.C.Moeller named in said Will, was, upon his giving
<br />bond in the sum of seventy -five Hundred Dollars 07,500.00) as ordered by this Court, appointed
<br />Executor of said Estate as prayed and Letters Testamentry were issued to him by this Court on the
<br />12th day of August, 1942, granting him one year in which to settle said estate; the Court further
<br />finds that the deceased, at the time of his death, was a widower,.and left no'heirs at law what-
<br />soever.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 12th day of August, 1942, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing creditors th ree months from and after the 9th day of September, 1942, in which to file
<br />their claims with proof thereof, in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />fixing a time for hearing on claims filed against said estate at 9 o'clock A.M. on December 11,
<br />1942, before the County Court of Hall County, Aebraska, and further ordering that notice of the
<br />same be given to all persons interested by publishing such notice for three successive weeks prior
<br />to September 9, 1942, in the Orard Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published
<br />as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 12th day of August, 1942, the said Albert J.C.Moeller as
<br />Executor, filed in this Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to
<br />said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property,',3ewVit:
<br />Personal property of the value of $7,195.33
<br />Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), in Block Sixteen (16) in H.G.Clark's Addition in the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Sixteen (16) in Wallieh's Addition in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots One Hundred Ninety -seven (197) and One Hundred Ninety -eight (198) in Belmont, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that according
<br />Testament, after the payment of debts and
<br />remainder of said property was devised ani
<br />Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, to have
<br />assigns forever.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />to the terms and conditions of said Last Will and
<br />expenses and certain legacies and bequests, the
<br />i bequeathed.unto the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
<br />and to hold to the said congregation, and to its
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts and claims against said estate and the costs of ad-
<br />ministration in said estate, have been full' paid; that any claims outstanding against said estate
<br />are hereby barred from being asserted against said-,estate and the holders thereof enjoined from
<br />presenting the same against the assets thereof; that the legacies and bequests set.forth under said
<br />Last Will and Testament, have been paid by said Executor and distribution of said estate made
<br />according to said Last Will and Testament, and that there remains no money or property in the
<br />hands of said Executor undisposed of.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the de-
<br />visees and legatees in said Will, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatsoever, and no estate tax is due the United States of
<br />America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Albert
<br />J.C.Moeller as Executor of said estate, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such;
<br />further that said Carl Dill left him surviving no heirs -at -law whomsoever, and that the property
<br />described in paragraph Fifth hereof, passed under said last Will.and Testament as found in paragraph
<br />Sixth of this decree; that settlement of said estate has been completed and distribution made in
<br />full, according to said Last Will and Testament, and that said Executor has fully discharged all
<br />of his duties and obligations as such and is therefore hereby granted a discharge as Executor and
<br />his bond released.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CARL DILL, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in
<br />said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said decedent and Certificate
<br />of Probate of said Will is embodied in and made a part of said Final Decree.
