<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of the deceased,
<br />that she died intestate seized of an estate of inheritance in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, and that no administrator has been appointed in the State of Nebraska, and that no
<br />decree of heirship has been entered in said estate in the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the heirs of the Deceased, their degree of kinship, and their
<br />right of descent in the real property of which the Deceased died possessed, in the County of
<br />Hall and State of Nebraska, as hereinbefore described, are as follows:
<br />Anna M.Lewis, daughter,
<br />Rosetta Hoblitt, daughter,
<br />Goldie M.Peterson, daughter,
<br />Lillian F.Allen, daughter, formerly Lillian F.Griffin,
<br />Leland Joy Carrell, son also known as L.J.Carrell,
<br />Frank R. Carrell, son.
<br />each of whom inherit an undivided one sixth interest in the one fifth interest of the Deceased
<br />in the lands hereinbefore described or a one - thirtieth interest, each, in the lands hereinbefore
<br />described subject to the life estate of Ona B.MeCarty.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that an undivided one - thirtieth
<br />interest in the lands hereinbefore described, subject to the life estate of Ona B.McCarty,
<br />be assigned and set over unto each of the following named persons as the heirs at law of the
<br />Deceased:

<br />the County of Los Angeles and State of California and a resident and inhabitant thereof and that
<br />a determination of heirship was had in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for
<br />the County of Los Angeles and a final decree was entered therein finding that the trust in favor
<br />of the said Del Franklin McCarty, created and established under the last will and testament of
<br />Isaac A.McCarty, Deceased, admitted to probate in the above entitled court in Probate case
<br />No 142510, has been terminated, by reason of the death of the said Del Franklin McCarty, gnd that
<br />all property including the real property of which he died seized and posseased, has bested In and
<br />is now owned by the following named persons as his sole and only heirs at law:

<br />Now on this 14th day of April, 1943, this cause came on for hearing on the petition of Lea F.
<br />McCarty, son of the Deceased, said petition being filed in this matter on the 17th day of March
<br />1943, and the Court having carefully examined said. petition and the files in the case, finds that
<br />an order was entered by the Court on the 23rd day of March, 1943, for hearing on this matter on
<br />the 14th day of April, 1943, at. the hour of ten o'clock A.M. of said day, and it was further
<br />ordered that notice thereof be given to both creditors and heirs at law, by publication for three
<br />successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a daily newspaper in general circulation
<br />in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in the manner provided by law, and the Court
<br />finds that due and legal proof of such publication, has been filed in this matter in the manner
<br />provided by law.
<br />This cause then came on further to be heard on the petition of the petitioner and the records
<br />of the case and the evidence introduced by and on behalf of the petitioner and said cause was
<br />submitted to the Court and the Court finds:
