<br />and that said estate should be settled and the administratrox discharged.
<br />IT�IS AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />,THEREFORE,ORDEF.ED,ADJUDGED
<br />said estate not filed and and allowed by the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred,excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY 71E COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />Anna C.Windolph be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for said administratrix's
<br />final report,said estate settled and closed and said administratrox be released from any further
<br />liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of her death and
<br />hereinbefore described did pass and descend under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska,as hereinbefore found by the Court,and distribution thereof is accordingly made.

<br />ROSA B.CARRELL, also known DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP.
<br />as ROTA BELLE CARRELL,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 14th day of April 1943, this cause came on for hearing on the petition of Anna M.
<br />Lewis, daughter of the Deceased, said petition being filed in this matter on the 23rd day of
<br />March, 1943, and the Court having carefully examined and the filed in the case, finds that an
<br />order was entered by the Court on the 23rd day of March 1943, for hearing on this matter on the
<br />14th day of April, 1943, at ten o'clock A.M. of said day and it was further ordered that notice
<br />thereof be given to both creditors and heirs at law, by publication for three successive weeks
<br />In the Grand Island Daily Independent, a daily newspaper in general circulation in the said
<br />County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in the manner provided by law, and the Court finds that
<br />due and legal proof of such publication has been filed in this matter in the manner provided by
<br />law.
<br />This cause then came on further to be heard on the petition and the records of the case and the
<br />evidence introduced by and on behalf of the petitioner and said cause was suboitted to the Court
<br />and the Court finds
<br />That Rosa B.Carrell also known as Rosa Belle Carrell, died on the 17th day of December 1.934 in
<br />Los Angeles County, California, a resident and inhabitant thereof, and her estate was duly and
<br />legally administered in the Superior Court of said County and State, and a final decree was entered
<br />therein, finding that the estate of the Deceased was duly administered in the manner provided by
<br />law, that all funeral expenses and costs of administration and all claims had been paid and that
<br />the following named persons were her sole and only heirs at law:
<br />Anna M. Lewis, daughter, of full age
<br />Rosetta Hoblit, daughter, of full age
<br />Goldie M.Peterson, daughter, of full age.
<br />Lillian F.Griffin, daughter, of full age.
<br />L.J.Carr.ell, son, of full age.
<br />Frank R.warrell, son, of full age.
<br />That authicated copies of the proceedings in such administration of the estate of the Deceased
<br />in.the superior Court of the County of Los Angeles and State of California, are attached to the
<br />Petition herein marked Exhibit "A" and made a part thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that the Deceased died seized and possessed of an undivided one -fifth
<br />interest in certain real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, subject
<br />to the life estate of Ona B.McCarty, described as follows:
<br />Lots one (1), Four (4), Five (5), six (6), Seven (7), Eight (S), and Nine (9), and the
<br />South Half (SI) of the South West 14uarter (34) and the South Half (S110 of the South
<br />East Quarter (SE4), all in Section. Twenty -Six (26), Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11),
<br />and Twelve (12), and the South East Quarter (SFU of the South East.Quarter (SE4), all in
<br />Section Twenty Seven (27), Lots Three ( ), Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) and the south
<br />Half (Si) of the North East Quarter (NEJ) and the South Half (SJ) of the North West Quarter
<br />(NW4), all in Section Thirty -Four (34) and Lots One (1),Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), and the
