<br />of California, as Sur et are held and firmly bound to The State of California in the sum of
<br />Four Thousand Dollars ( 4000.00), lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the
<br />said State of California for which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our
<br />heirs, executors and successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
<br />THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That, WHEREAS, an Order was made by.the superior
<br />Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles, on the 4 day of May,A,D.
<br />1942, appointing the above Principal Executrix of the Estate of Ibbie Diemma Trout etc Deceased
<br />and letters Testamentary were directed to be issued to Gladys Howard upon her executing a bond
<br />according to law in the sum above named.
<br />Now, Therefore, if the said Principal shall faithfully execute the duties of the trust
<br />according to law, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
<br />In Witness Whereof, the seal and signature of the said Principal is hereto affixed, and the
<br />corporate seal and name of the said Surety is hereto affixed and attested by its duly authorized
