<br />9. That said Will is in writing signed by the said testatrix and attested by two subscribing
<br />witnesses with 4 Codicil all in the handwriting of the testatrix. Your petitioner alleges that
<br />said testatrix acknowledged the Will in the presence of said witnesses, present at the same time,
<br />and that said witnesses signed the said Will at the request of said testatrix and in the presence
<br />of said testatrix and your petitioner further alleges that said witnesses, at the time of attest-
<br />ing the execution of said Will, were competent.
<br />10. That said Codicil was wholly in the hand - writing of the testatrix, and was dated and
<br />signed by her.
<br />Wherefore, your petitioner prays that the said Will may be admitted to probate, and that
<br />Letters Testamentary be issued to your petitioner,ana that for that purpose a time be appointed
<br />for proving said Will, and that due notice thereof be given according to law, and that all nec-
<br />essary and proper orders may be made in the premises.

<br />I, IBBIE D.TROUT, of the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
<br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or
<br />undue influence of any person whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this my LAST WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST: I hereby revoke all former wills.
<br />- SECOND: I direct that as soon after my death as possible all my just debts, including last
<br />illness and funeral expenses, be fully paid.
<br />THIRD: I give devise and bequeath to my daughter, Gladys P.Howard, my automobile and my home
<br />located at 312 South Mansfield Avenue, Los Angeles, California, and all of the furniture contained
<br />in said home.
<br />FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real or personal, wheresoever
<br />situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Gladys P.Howard, my grandson, Harry D.Behr,
<br />and my grandson, John H.Behr, and to the survivor of them, share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby appoint my daughter., Gladys P.Howard, the executrix of this my LAST WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal to this my LAST WILL AND
