<br />was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, praying for the allowance and probate of
<br />an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Guy L.Harrison, deceased, and the
<br />Court thereupon fixed the 19th day of February, 1942, as the date for making proof thereon, due
<br />and legal notice.thereof was given, and on the 19th day of February, 1942, said instrument was
<br />duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament
<br />of Guy L.Harrison, deceased, and letters of administration with the will annexed were duly issued
<br />thereon to Anne M.Harrison, William Suhr and Fred Harrison, the executors named in said will having
<br />filed in said estate their declination to accept said appointment, and said Anne M.Harrison duly
<br />qualified as such administratrix with the will annexed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims, that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid, and the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that all claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Guy L.Harrison died seized as the owner in fee simple of the follow-
<br />ing described real estate:
<br />An undivided 3/10ths interest in and to Lot Four (4) and part of Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />One Hundred Eight (108) Railroad Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lots One (1), Three (3) and Five (5) in Block
<br />Twenty -five (25), College Addition to West Lawn, in the city of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Two (2) in Block Four (4) in Wasmer's Addition
<br />t6 the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block One (1), Loan Subdivision to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the north forty -four feet of South 66 feet of
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Seventy -eight (78) in the Original Town now City, of Grand Island,.
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Six (6) in Block Thirty -six (36) Wasmer'e
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />all of which was devised to Anne M.Harrison.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no Federal inheritance tax; that the administratrix
<br />c.t.a. has paid the State inheritance tax in the amount of $20.72, and that all the property,
<br />real and personal has been delivered to Anne M.Harrison, sole devisee and legatee under said last
<br />will and testament.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Administratrix e.t.a. be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as her final report, and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said administratrix c.t.a. discharged from her bond
<br />as such and hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />An undivided three - tenths interest in Lot 4, and part of Lot 3, in Block 10g Railroad
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lots 1, 3, and 5, in Block 25, College Addition to West
<br />Lawn, in the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one-half interest in Lot 2, Block 4, in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 2, in Block 1, Loan Subdivision�to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the nort4 44 feet of South 66 feet of Lot 4 in
<br />Block 78 in the Original Town, now City of Grand sland, in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot 6 in Block 36 in Wasmer's Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended, under said last will and testament, to Anne M.Harrison.
