<br />he or she reaches the age of thirty years. In the meantime, however, I direct my said Trustees to
<br />use sa much of each share as in their judgment they deem proper for the education, or in the event
<br />of extreme necessity or distr'.ess, of each such legatee.
<br />In the event of the death of any of the aforesaid legatees, nieces and nephews, prior to reaching
<br />the age of thirty years, the share of such legatee shall then go to his or her brothers or sisters,
<br />and if they have none, then to their heirs.
<br />I give to my Trustees full power

<br />any and all necessary documents and
<br />trust.

<br />Harrison, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of February, 1942,
<br />said, instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Guy L.Harrison deceased, and the

<br />Now, on this 17th day of February, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Anne M.Harrison, administratrix c.t.a. of the estate of Guy L.Harrison, deceased, and upon her
<br />petition for settlement of said estate,
<br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly
<br />advised, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of
<br />the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and
<br />no one appearing to object, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and
<br />testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised, finds said report true and correct in all
<br />things and that said report be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administra-
<br />trix.
<br />The Court finds that said Guy L.Harrison departed this life on the 16th day of January, 1942, and
<br />at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, that a petition_ _
