<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the time for filing claims against
<br />said estate has fully expired, and that all persons, .if any such there be, having claims against
<br />said estate, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />said claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Herman Wiese died seized as the owner, in fee simple, of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />The east half of the northwest quarter of Section Thirty -four (34) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West of 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The west half of the southeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
<br />Section Twenty -eight (29), in Township Eleven (11) Range Ten (10), in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Cemetery Lot 142, Section 11, Grand Island Cemetery,

<br />that under the last will and testament of Herman Wiese, deceased, all of said real estate passed
<br />and descended to Anna Wiese, surviving widow.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal property belonging to said deceased has been
<br />delivered to Anna Wiese, the surviving widow, under the terms of the last will and testament of
<br />said Herman Wiese, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds there was no inheritance tax, either state or Federal, to pay.
<br />The Court finds that all debts against said estate, costs of this proceeding, and of administer-
<br />ing said estate, have been paid, that distribution has been made of said estate as provided in said
<br />last will and testament, and that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the hands of
<br />said Executrix.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Anna
<br />Wiese, Executrix, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report,
<br />that said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged and her bond as such
<br />is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />The east half of the northwest quarter of Section 34, in Township 11 North,Range 10 West
<br />of 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The west half of the southeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter
<br />of Section 29, in Township 11, Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Cemetery Lot 142, section 11, Grand Island Cemetery,
<br />passed and descended, under and by virtue of the terms of the last will and testament -of Ferman
<br />Wiese, deceased, to Anna Wiese.

<br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate
<br />thereof and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HERMAN WIESE, DECEASED, with the original
<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore-
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GUY L.HARRISON
<br />I, Guy L.Harrison, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that
<br />is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all of my just debts and expenses of burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, which I may now own or here-
<br />after acquire, to my beloved wife, Anne M.Harrison, to have and to hold the same absolutely.
<br />THIRD.
<br />In the event my said wife precedes me in death and /or in the event of a common accident or
<br />disaster which results in the death of both of us, and my said wife does not live longer than
<br />sixty days after such disaster or accident, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my property
<br />real and personal, whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired, as follows:
<br />To my brother, Fred Harrison, I give and bequeath all of my household and personal effects, by
<br />him to be distributed among such of my relatives and in such proportions as he in his judgment
<br />deems proper.
