<br />of said deceased, is entitled to one-half of t),-ie value of the entire estate free from any inheri-
<br />tance tax,to -personal exemption of $10,000.00, and to homestead interests;that tllrle estate does
<br />not amount to said exemptions, and is not subject to any in,,Leritance tax,and is hereby found to be
<br />free and clear from any inheritance tax to t.hLe State of Nebraska,or the United States of America.
<br />4. That t!"Iere was due this court as court costs in full t,ie sum of $64.65,which amount has been
<br />paid;th,,::tt t Adninistratrix C.T.A.being thie sole legatee and devisee,waives all fees due her;
<br />that t.11-e sum of $22.00 be and is hereby allowed to W.P.Lauritsen,for his fee,as attorney in pro-
<br />bating the will of the testator and conducting proceeding,s for the set dement of this estate.
<br />5. That Caroline Winter,the Administratrix C.T.A.of said estate,is the widow of the deceased,is
<br />the sole and only legatee and devisee under the last will and testar-iient of said deceased,and that

<br />the entire estate,both real and personal,after payment of the fees and costs above mentioned,
<br />should be assigned and set over to said Caroline Winter.
