<br />of Laura H.Bundy, Deceased. )
<br />NOW) ON THIS 8th day of January, 1943, this matter came on for hearing before the Court on
<br />the petition of Bertha Titterington, and the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time,
<br />place and purpose of this hearing ha.s been given to all persons interested in said estate, both
<br />creditors and heirs at law.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that Laura H.Bundy departed this life on the 29th day of May, 1912, intestate,
<br />and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that at the time of her death, she was seised and
<br />possessed of an undivided one -half (2) interest in and to the following described property:
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Nine (9) of Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebr.;
<br />That the petitioner obtained title to said property by mesne conveyance from certain of the
<br />heirs of Laura H.Bundy, that tht_s petitioner is now the owner of the above dexcribed property.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that no application has evern been made for the appoint of an adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of Laura H.Bundy in Nebraska, that no administrator has been appointed in said
<br />state, or arp any proceedings now pending in this state, save the one wherein this decree is being
<br />entered:
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Laura H.Bundy left surviving as her sole and only heirs
<br />at law and the only persons entitled to participate in her estate, her husband, Oliver C.Bundy,
<br />and a daughter,Laura Bundy.
<br />THE COURT FINDS THAT the funeral expenses of the deceased have been paid and that there are
<br />now existing no debts against the estate of the deceased, that more than two years have elapsed
<br />since the death of the deceased and that no claims are no,,.- provable; that there is no personal
<br />property to be administered and that neithe° said estate nor the heirs at law are subject to a
<br />state or inheritance tax and that there is no necessity for administration.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDG� AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Laura H.Bundy
<br />died as above set forth. That she lefi"surviving as her sole and only heirs at law and the only
<br />persons entitled to participate in her estate, the persons whose names and kinship are above found.
<br />That the lands above described passed and descended to the husband and daughter above named in
<br />accordance with the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska, in force at the time of the death
<br />of the deceased, namely, an undivided one-half (2) interest in and to said premises to each
<br />Oliver C.Bundy and Laura Bundy; that no necessity exists for administration and that administration
<br />be dispensed with. That neither said estate nor the heirs at law are subject to a state or
<br />inheritance tax, that no claims are now provable and that any and all claims be and. are forever
<br />barred.
