<br />TENTH
<br />I give and bequeath all of the rest and remainder of my furniture, household goods, and house-
<br />hold effects of every nature, to the Salvation Army, of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />ELEVENTH
<br />In the event that there is not sufficient property in my estate in cash or certificates of
<br />deposit and in the proceeds of the sale of my home, after the payment of debts and expenses of
<br />administration, to pay all of the cash bequests aforesaid in full, then such cash bequests shall
<br />be proportionately reduced as may be necessary.
<br />TWELFTH
<br />In the event of the death of any of said devisees or legatees before the time of my death,
<br />leaving a child or children, it is my will that the devise and legacy hereby provided for shall
<br />not lapse, but in such event I give, devise, and bequeath the share of such deceased devisee or
<br />legatee to his or her child or children.
<br />THIRTEENTH
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, including lapsed legacies
<br />or devises, if any, to the said Claude F.Bakerp
<br />FOURTEENTH
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Claude A. avis, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Executor of this,
<br />my last will and testament, and direct and empower him to sell my town property in Cairo, Nebraska,
<br />as soon as possible after my death, because I believe a prompt sale thereof will be more advantageous
<br />than the rental thereof for any Deriod whatever, and direct and empower my said Executor to execute
<br />any and all instruments, deeds, and contracts which may be necessary and proper in connection with
<br />said sale.
<br />FIFTEENTH
<br />I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PR'E'SENTS: That 1, Mary k.Blythe, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being
<br />of full age and sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this instrument as
<br />a codicil to my last will and testament in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I do hereby expressly affirm all of the terns and provisions of my said last will and testament,
<br />except as the same are modified by the provisions of this codicil.
<br />SECOND
<br />I do hereby cancel and annul that part of the Fourth Paragraph of said last will and testament
<br />bequeathing to Harry Patterson of Grand Island,Nebra.ska, "any three articles of my furniture which
<br />he may desire."
<br />THIRD
<br />I do hereby direct that in case any of my heirs at law, or any of the legatees or devisees
<br />named in my said last will and testament should file any objections or commence any contest of the
<br />said last will and testament, or should file or make any claim against my estate, then such heir
<br />at law, devisee or legatee shall immediately forfeit any and all interest in my estate as heir,
<br />devisee or legatee.

<br />of Mary F.Blythe, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 14th day of August,
<br />1942, said instruments to which this certificate--is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament and Codicil thereto of the real and personal estate of said Mary F.
