<br />The Court further finds that William H.Senseney, deceased, during his lifetime possessed a life
<br />estate in and to the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E2 SW4) of Section Twenty -eight (28),
<br />Township Eleven (11),North,Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, under
<br />and by virtue of the will of his father, James Senseney, deceased; that at the death of the said
<br />William H.Senseney, deceased, said interest terminated, and said William H.Senseney, deceased, died
<br />having no inheritable interest in said above described real estate.
<br />The Court further finds that any funds now held by said administrator and not distributed or
<br />acco,.-.nt -- for shall be divided among the heirs -at -law of said William H.Senseney as above set forth,
<br />or shall be retained by said Administrator as a trustee for said above -named heirs, in the event
<br />that it appears advisable to hold said money for purposes of administering the real esta.ted owned
<br />by said deceased in Chambers County, Texas; that in either event, receipts shall be taken from such
<br />persons receiving any amounts under the order of this court.
<br />The Court further finds that William H.Senseney, deceased, has been referred to at various
<br />places in these oroceedinp�s as William Senseney, but that notwithstanding the discrepancy in names,
<br />William .H.Senseney and William Senseney was one and the same person.
<br />The Court further finds that Emma Boroff has in these and other proceedings also been referred
<br />to as Emma E.Boroff and Emma Borroff, but that notwithstanding the discrepancy in names they were
<br />one and the same person.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Newton
<br />Senseney, Administrator of the estate of William H.Senseney, deceased, be and the same is in all
<br />things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator, and that said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged upon final payment and distribution
<br />of the remaining funds in his hands among the heirs in the proportions and amounts herein set forth,
<br />or upon otherwise accounting to said heirs for said amounts, the sureties on his bond are released
<br />from further liability.

<br />To my nephew, Claude F.Baker, residing in the state of California, I give and devise my farm
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska., being the northwest quarter of Section Thirty -two (32), in Township
<br />Twelve (12),North,Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in fee simple, and I also give and
<br />bequeath to him any and all promissory notes or other evidences of obligation executed by him to
<br />me, and cancel all of his indebtedness to me and to my estate, and give and bequeath to him one
<br />feather bed, two pillows, and one quilt, to be selected by him.

<br />To my sister, Claantha Baker, of Hudson, iiichigan, I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand
<br />Dollars ($2000.00).

<br />To Harry Patterson, of Grand Island,Nebraska., a stepson of my sister, I give and bequeath the
<br />sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00), less any indebtedness which he may owe to me at the time
