<br />required by law; that the time for presenting or filing claims against said estate has expired;
<br />that all claims, debts of the decedent ordinary expenses of administration, all expenses of
<br />dededent's last illness, funeral expenses, all taxes, real, personal, or otherwise including,
<br />inheritance taxes, due and payable under the laws of the State of California, or otherwise, have
<br />been fully paid and discharged and as will more fully appear by receipts, vouchers papers and
<br />records on file in said estate, and that said estate is ready for distribution and in a condition
<br />to be closed.
<br />The court further finds that the above named deceased died testate in the City of.Alturas,
<br />County of Modoc, State of California on the 29th day of September, 1939, leaving surviving her as
<br />next of kin her father, Henry Wei ert,aged 84 years, and that her said father died on the 24th day
<br />of July, 1941.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last will of deceased, E.Ma.rle Gillette,
<br />residuary legatee and a cousin of the deceased, is entitled to the whole of the residue of said
<br />estate and to any estate or property of deceased not now known dr discovered.
<br />The Court further finds that Harry A.Lehnhardt the administrator with the Will Annexed, and
<br />the attorney for the said estate, Reuel A.Laird, have rendered unusual and extraordinary and
<br />special services to said estate in the administration of its affairs and that the sum of $200.00
<br />be allowed said Harry A.Lehnhardt and the sum of $200.00 be allowed said Reuel A.Laird as additional
<br />compensation for such additional and extraordinary legal srvices rendered to said administrator
<br />and to said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said final account of the Administrator
<br />with the Will Annexed be and the same is hereby finally settled, allowed and approved.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the sum of $200.00 be allowed Harry A.Lehnhardt
<br />and that the further sum of $200.00 be allowed Reuel A.Laird for special and extraordinary service
<br />rendered to said estate.-
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the residue of said estate hereinafter
<br />particularly described and any other property not now known or discovered which may belong to said
<br />estate or in which said estate may have any interest, be and the same is hereby distributed as
<br />follows, to -wit: the whole thereof to E.Marie Gillette,
<br />The following is a particular description of the said residue of said estate referred to in
<br />this decree of which distribution is now ordered as aforesaid:

<br />15000.00 Note of W.A.Howe and wife secured by mortgage on ranch property in Stone Coal Valley,
<br />odoe County, California, known as the Earl Sherer place, principal mow reduced to - -- 4500.00
<br />Item 3.
<br />$1200.00 Note of Vern Hastings and wife secured by mortgage on residence
<br />property fronting on Rine Street in Alturas, California, principal reduced to- - - - 1050.00
<br />Item 4.
<br />The following real estate known as the Spalding place, and descriged as follows, to -wit:
<br />SE4 NW4, S2 of NE4, NW-41 of SE4j NE4 of SW4 Section 35; SW4 of NW4, W2 of NE4, SE4, S2 of SW:J*-
<br />of section 36, all in Township(43).North,Range 7 East M.D.M. and consisting of about 450 acres
<br />of land excepting a certain easement heretofore granted California Oregon Power Company and a
<br />certain tract of land in Section 36, Township 43 North,Range 7 East M.D.M. and containing about
<br />7.20 acres, more or less heretofore deeded as a right of way for highway purposes.
<br />The above property being appraised in the Inventory and appraisement in said estate at
<br />$1500.00-- - - - - -- ------------ --- --------- - - - - -- 1500.00
<br />Item 5.

<br />Total estimated value of the estate remaining in the hands of the eadministrator
<br />ib $10,243.31 which after payment by the administrator of the sum of $400.00 herein
<br />directed by the Court, to be paid, leaves an estimated value remaining of - - 9843.31
