<br />FOURTH.
<br />That on the 20th day of July, 1942, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months in which to file their claims in said estate from the 12th day of August, 1942, and further
<br />ordering that notice of the same be published for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Inde-
<br />pendent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that noticd of said order was published as ordered by this court and said
<br />Administratrix was given one year in which to settle said estate.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 22nd day of July, 1942, the said Ella Steele, as Administra-
<br />trix, filed in this Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said
<br />inventory the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (9) in Block Twenty -two (22) in Nagy's Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which was decedent's homestead; also
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Five (5) of Evan61. Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />SIXTH..
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property
<br />descends as follows, to -wit:
<br />To Mary Frazell, an undivided 1/3
<br />Jennie Frank, an undivided 1112
<br />Ella Steele, an undivided 1112
<br />Alma Haseloh an undivided 1112
<br />Olive Farrall an undivided 1112
<br />William H.Frazell, " 1 11Z
<br />Willadene Frazell, " 1/12
<br />Harold Frazell " 1/24
<br />William Frazell " 1/24
<br />Harold Seybold " 1/48
<br />Clarence Seybold " 1/49
<br />Fairy Rhoades " 1/48
<br />Clara E.Barger " 1 /48
<br />all subject to a life estate in Lot Eight (8) in Block Twenty -two (22) in Nagy's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, in.said Mary Frazell, for and during the term of her
<br />natural life.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14th day of November, 1942, an order of this Court was made
<br />barring all claims not filed against said real estate; that all debts and claims against said estate
<br />and the costs of administration in said estate have been fully paid and that said Administratrix
<br />has distributed all money coming into her hands according to the persons entitled to receive the
<br />same and has filed their receipts herein as set out in her said final report and accounting.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />The Court further finds after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims, costs
<br />of administration, other expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the heirs -at -law in
<br />said estate, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />to the United States of America, no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THVtEFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND-;-DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Ella
<br />Steele as Administratrix in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such;
<br />further that Mary Frazell, Jennie Frank, Ella Steele Alma Haseloh, Olive Farrall, William H.
<br />Frazell, Willadene Frazell, Harold Frazell, William Prazell, Harold Seybold, Clarence Seybold,
<br />Fairy Rhoades, and Clara E.Barger, are all and the only heirs -at -law of said deceased, and that
<br />the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof descends according to the laws of descent and
<br />distribution of the State of Nebraska as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree; that said
<br />Administratrix has made full and complete settlement of said estate with proper receipts filed
<br />in this Court showing such disbur ents and she is therefore hereby granted an order of dis-
<br />tribution and her bond released h en out of and under seal of tkis Court.
