<br />STATE OF NEBT11,ASKA ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall this
<br />COUNTY OF HALL )so' 23rd day of December, 1942,present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMEBERED that on the 2$th day of November, 1942, Ella Steele as Administratrix of the
<br />Estate of William H.Frazell, deceased, filed in this estate her final account as such Administratrix
<br />and a petition praying that such account be allowed, for a decree of heirship and an order of dis-
<br />tribution, final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 23rd day of December, 1942, at 10 o'clock A.M.-in the County Court Room
<br />in said County, was assigned as the time and place for heariaid petition, examining and allow-
<br />ing said account, and it was ordered that notice of the pendw of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal
<br />newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by
<br />proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections have been filed
<br />or made thereto and the same should be allowed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That William H.Fravell departed this life on the 28th day of December, 1940, in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, intestate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 22nd day of June, 1942, Ella Steele, his daughter, filed in this Court a petition
<br />praying for the appointment of Ella Steele as Administratrix of the Estate of said deceased; and
<br />on the 22nd day of June 1942, an order of this Court was made therein, assigning the 16th day of
<br />July, 1942, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court in said County as the time and place for hear-
<br />ing said petition, and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing there-
<br />of be given to all persons interested in said matter by publication of such notice in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County for three successive weeks prior to
<br />said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered
<br />by this Court.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The Court further finds that Ella Steele named in said petition was, upon her #Iving bond in
<br />the sum of $100.00 as ordered by this Court, appointed Administratrix as prayed, the Court further
<br />finds that the deceased at the time of his death, was a married man and that he Left the following
<br />heirs -at- law; Mary Frazell his widow, Jennie Frank, a daughter, Ella Steele, a daughter, Alma
<br />Haseloh, a daughter, Olive Parrall, a daughter, William H.Frazell, a son Willadene Frazell, a
<br />granddaughter, being the only child of a predeceased son Lewis Frazell, karold Frazell, a,grondson,
<br />and William Frazell, a grandson, they being the only children of a predeceased son Leroy Frazell,
<br />Harold M.Seybold, a grandson, Clarence Seybold, a grandson, Fairy Rhoades, a granddaughter, and
<br />Clara E.Barger, a granddaughter, they being the children of a predeceased daughter Emma Seybold.
