<br />such discrepancies in names and signatures, Lucy D.Scheel, Lucia D.Scheel, and Lucy Dorachia Scheel,
<br />is bne and the some person; Margretha Scheel, Margaret Scheel, and Maggie Scheel, is one and the same
<br />person; Caroline Scheel and Lena. Scheel is one and the same person.
<br />The Court further finds that said Claus Detlef Scheel left surviving him, as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Lucy D.Scheel, also known as Lucia D. Scheel, also known as Lucy Dorachia Scheel, his wife, and
<br />surviving widow, and
<br />Margretha Scheel, also known as Margaret Scheel, also known as Maggie Scheel,
<br />Henry Scheel
<br />Hans Scheel, and
<br />Caroline Scheer, also known as Lena Scheel,
<br />children of said Claus Detlef Scheel, deceased.
<br />IT IS, THE'=EFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DETERMINED BY THE COURT that said Claus Detlef
<br />Scheel, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, died on the 15th day of September, 1970; that he
<br />left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Lucy D.Scheel, also known as Lucia D.Scheel, also known as Lucy Dorachia Scheel, his wife,
<br />and surviving wido-,r, and
<br />Margretha Scheel, also known as Margaret Scheel, also known as Maggie Scheel,
<br />Hans Scheel,
<br />Henry Scheel, and
<br />Caroline Scheel, also known as Lena Scheel,
<br />children of said Claus Detlef Scheel, deceased.
<br />and that the real property above described be, and. the same hereby is, assigned to the said
<br />Margretha Scheel, Hans Scheel, Henry Scheel, and Caroline Scheel, in equal shares, an undivided
<br />one - fourth interest to each, subject to the dower interest of Lucy D.Scheel, his wire, and surviving
<br />widow.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DETERMINED THAT ALL claims and debts against the estate
<br />of Claus Detlef Scheel, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be,
<br />an( same are forever barred.

<br />The final account of DELLA WARD ATHEY, as Executrix herein, together with her petition for final
<br />distribution of this estate, came on regularly f--ir hearing on the 21st day of August, 1942, and
<br />evidence having been received, it is
<br />ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
<br />Notice of the filing and hearing of said account and petition has been given as required by law.
<br />Notice to the creditors of and to all persons raving claims against said deceased and the estate
<br />of said deceased has been given as required by law; the time to file or present claims herein has
<br />expried; and all claims filed and presented herein have been paid.
<br />All expenses of administration and all expenses.of the last illness and funeral of said deceased
<br />have been paid.
<br />There is no Federal Estate Tax due from this estate.
<br />There is no Inheritance Tax due the State of California from the beneficiaries of this estate.
<br />That all moneys shown in the disbursements set forth in the Final Account of the Executrix,
<br />excepting the amount of cash receipts in the sum of 4110.00 on file herein, were advanced by
<br />Della Ward Athey, one of the devisees and legatees herein, in order that said estate might be
<br />distributed intact.
<br />That said account is in all respects true and correct and is hereby settled, allowed and approved
