<br />Now on this 3rd day of December, 1942, this matter cane on for hearing upon the application of
<br />the executor for final administration of accoint and the Court finds that:

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED that claims are barred; that the estate is not liable for
<br />inheritance taxes; that Veronika Klinkacek died upon February 13, -1942, testate, a resident of
<br />said county, leaving Louis P.Klinkacek, Anna Hanousek, and Marie Chizek as her only heirs: -At -law
<br />and the above described real estate which descended in accordance with the terms of tine said Last
<br />Will and Testament; that distribution of the personal property has been made in accordance Stith
<br />the terms of the said Last Will and Testament, that the final administration of account of said
<br />executor is hereby approved and said executor is discharged.

<br />Now, ^n this 5th day of December, 1942, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence, and was submitted. to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of this ).-oceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both
<br />creditors and heirs, as required by law, That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said Claus Detlef Scheel died, intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 15th day of September, 1970, seized and possessed at the time of his death of the following
<br />described real estate, to- Tait:
<br />The east one -half (El) of the southeast quarter of Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West of 6th P.M., situated in Hall County, state of Nebraska;
<br />that Lucy D.Scheel, also known as Lucia D.Schell, also known as Lucy Dorschia Scheel, was appointed
<br />administratrox of the estate of Claus Detlef Scheel, deceased, by the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 29, 1976, and that the administration of said estate has become dormant for
<br />failure of the administratiox to file any report for more than two years, and no decree of heir-
<br />ship has been entered in the probate of such estate.
<br />The Court further finds and determines that Lucy D.Scheel, also known and who sometimes signed
<br />her name as Lucia D,Scheel, and also known and who sometimes signed her name as Lucy Dorachia
<br />Scheel, is one and. the same person; that Margretha Scheel, also known and ,,rho sometimes signed her
<br />name as Margaret Scheel, and also known and who sometimes signed her name as Maggie Scheel; that
<br />Caroline Scheel, also known and who sometimes signed her name as Lena Scheel, that notwithstanding
<br />1. The Last Will and Testament of Veronika Klinkacek, deceased, was duly admitted to probate and
<br />established as her Last Will and Testament in this Court upon April 23, 1942.
<br />2. Notice to creditors was duly given as provided by law. No claims were allowed and further
<br />claims are barred.
<br />3. The estate is not liable for inheritance taxes under the laws of Nebraska.
<br />. Notice of this hearing has been duly given as provided by law.
<br />5. Veronika Klinkacek died upon February 13, 1942, testate, a resident of said county and leav-
<br />ing surviving her as her sole heirs -at -law,' no husband, her son, Louis P.Klinkacek, and her daughters
<br />Anna Hanousek and Marie Chizek, who are more than twenty -one years of age,
<br />6. Veronika Klinkacek died seized of the fee simple title to The Southwest Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter and the West Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of section Twenty (20),Township Eleven (11),North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which descended in accordance with the terms of said Last Will and Testament of
<br />said deceased.
<br />7. The final account of the executor of said Last Will and Testament, Louis P.Klinkacek, should
<br />be and is hereby approved, the claims are paid, the costs are pair, and the distribution of the
<br />personal property has been made in accordance with terms of the s._id Last Will and Testament of the
<br />said deceased.
