<br />Mary Ann Keefe.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been paid, and that there are now
<br />existing no debts against the estate of said deceased, that more than two years have elapsed since
<br />the death of the deceased, and no claims are now provable. That there is no personal property Jo be
<br />administered, and that neither said estate nor the heirs at law are subject to estate or inheritance
<br />taxes, and that there is no necessity for administration.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said James Keefe died as
<br />above set forth. That he left him surviving as his sole and only heirs at law and the only persons
<br />entitled to Uarticipate in his estate the persons whose names and kinship are as above found. That
<br />the lands and premises above described passed and descended to the brother and sister above named in
<br />accordance with the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the
<br />deceased; namely, an undivided one - )Jalf interest in and to said premises to each Richard Keefe and
<br />Mary Ann Keefe; that no necessity exists for administration and that administration be dispensed with.
<br />That neither said estate nor the heirs at law are subject to estate or inheritance taxes, that no
<br />claims are now provable and that any and all claims against said estate be and are forever barred.
