<br />of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />1938, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of February,
<br />which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />tament of the real and personal estate of said Alfred Elwick deceased,
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of ( FINAL DECREE.
<br />Alfred Elwick, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 31st day of July, 1940, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />Harold Elwick, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Alfred Elwick, deceased, fol-
<br />lowing notice,of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for hearing therein,_
<br />as provided by law and the order of this court, and no one appeared to object or protest against
<br />the allowance thereof.
<br />After a full examination of said report, and being duly advised the Court finds that the same is
<br />correct and ought to be allowed and approved; that the administrator with the will annexed has
<br />accounted for all props'ty of said deceased coming into his hands or under his control and that there
<br />Xemains no money or personal property for distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to the creditors of the deceased of the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that said time has fully
<br />exniired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and that all claims
<br />outstanding against said estate, if any such exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />J IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED by the Court that the report of Harold Elwick, administrator with the
<br />will annexed of the estate of Alfred Elwiek,deeeased, is hereby approved and allowed and said ad-
<br />ministrator is discharged of his trust.
<br />IT IS FURTHER. ORDERED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up
<br />any claims or demands against the estate of Alfred Elwick, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alfred Elwick departed this life on January 21, 1936;
<br />that he was at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he
<br />left a last will and testament which instrument was duly approved, allowed and admitted to probate
<br />on the 23d day of February, 1938, and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that Earl Cox of Doniphan, Nebraska, was named executor under said last
<br />will and testament, but that he preceded the said Alfred Elwick in death and that Harold Elwick
<br />was appointed administrator'of said estate with the will annexed, and gave bond as such.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alfred Elwick was at the time of his death, the owner in
<br />fee simple title of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Four (4). in Gideon's Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Eighteen (18), Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska.
<br />The North Ninety -two (92) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Six (6), in Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />The South Fifty Feet (50) of the Westerly Thirty -five (35) Feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Six (6)
<br />in Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Six (6), in the village of Doniphan, Nebraska.
