<br />That the final report of said administrator be and is hereby found in all things to be correct,
<br />and is approved, as well as all of the acts and doings of such administrator since the date of his
<br />appointment; that from the balance shown on hand in cash, to -wit: the sum of $1247.75, should be
<br />paid the inheritance tax, $145.72, and that the balance of said amount should be paid to Edna D.
<br />Markham and her receipt therefor filed herein.
<br />2.
<br />The inheritance tax amounting to $145.72 be and is hereby assessed against said estate, of
<br />which amount Hall County, Nebraska is.entitled to $57.47, and Adams County, Nebraska, the amount
<br />of $91.25.

<br />All the rest, balance, residue and remainder of said estate be and is hereby assigned
<br />absolutely to Edna D.Markham; that the real estate involved herein and which is hereby assigned
<br />to said Edna D.Markham is as follows:
<br />(1) Lot 3, and the East 15 Feet of Lot 4, Kerr's Addition to Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />(2) South 47 Feet of the North 122 Feet of the west 100 Feet of Block 7, in Alexander's
<br />Addition to Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />(3 ) Southeast Quarter (SEJ ) of Section 21, Township 7, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P. M. ,
<br />Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />(4) An undivided one -half interest in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJNE}) of
<br />Section 11, Township 5, North,Ra.nge 10, West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />(5) Northeast Quarter (NFJ) of Section 26, Township 9, North,Range 11, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(6) Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEJNWJ) and the West Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (W *NWJ) of Section 36, Township 9, North,Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />That the note of $1500.00 signed by Aelred P.Deutsch, and which is now in the process of
<br />foreclosure in the District Court of Adams County, Nebraska, is hereby assigned to said Edna D.
<br />Markham.
<br />That the undivided one - twelfth beneficial interest in Lot 21, Block 19, Original Town of
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, the title of which is in the Mortgage Investment Company, Hastings, Nebraska,
<br />is also herein assigned to Edna D.Markham.

<br />That the note of J.M.Davia and Elsie Davis, dated August 1, 1930, secured by mortgage on
<br />Hastings real estate, be and is hereby assigned to Edna D.Markham.

<br />That said administrator is requested to file receipts for the various amounts and when so
<br />filed herein, that he be discharged as said administrator and his letters of administration
<br />cancelled and annulled, and his bond relieved of liability.

<br />I, Alfred Elwick of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, being of good health, of sound and dis-
<br />posing mind and memory, and above the age of 21 years, do make, publish and declare this, my last
<br />will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts be first paid by my Executor.
