<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
<br />JUERGEN KLINTWORTH.
<br />IN THE NAAE OF GOD,AMEN:
<br />I,Juergen Klintworth,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,realizing the uncertainty of this frail
<br />and transitory life,and being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,constitute,publish and de-
<br />clare this as and for my last will and testament,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I order and direct that my executors hereinafter na.med,nay all of my ,just debts.I order and direct
<br />that the expense of my last sickness and burial,as well as the permanent care of the family plot
<br />in the cemetary and the placing of suitable headstones on all graves therein,including my own,be
<br />paid out of the insurance monies received from the Plattduetsche Verin of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />any residue to be divided equally among my children and heirs hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I Give,devise and bequeath unto my daughters,Mrma Klintworth Hann,Bertha Klintworth Sanders,
<br />Augusta Klintworth Uhrich,Marie Klintworth Gartner,in equal shares all the bedding and linnens of
<br />which I may die possessed.All other household goods and furniture,I give,devise and bequeath to
<br />all of my children share and share alike,and such of the furniture that my children do not want,
<br />I order sold and the proceeds of said sale divided equally among them.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All the regt,and residue of my estate both real and personal of which I may die possessed,I give,
<br />devise and bequeath unto my children,Emma Klintworth Hann,Bertha Klintworth Sanders,Augusta Klint-
<br />worth Uhrich,Henry Klintworth,Nickolaus Klintworth,Gustav Klintworth,Marie Klintworth Garther and
<br />George Klintworth,each a one -ninth share in said estate,and the children of my deceased daughter
<br />EllaKlinkworth Bockhahn (Evelyn Sass,Alice Bockhahn,Gaylon Bockhahn) a one -ninth interest in said
<br />estate.The intention being that the children of my deceased daughter inherit by representation
<br />their mother's one -ninth interest in said estate.in the event any of my other children precede me
<br />in death,his or her children by right of representation shall inherit the fathers or mothers one -
<br />ff inth interest interest in said estate.

<br />I hereby appoint my daughter Emma Klintworth Hann and my son George Klintworth executors of this
<br />my last will and testament, without bond.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills and testaments by me made.

<br />of the 6th P.M.,in the 'pillage of Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,and that the same should be
<br />assigned and distributed to all of the heirs at law aforecaid,subject to any and all conveyances
<br />executed by them subsequent to the death of the said Harry Wiggers,deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the said Administrat-
<br />or de bonis non be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the said Administrator
<br />ordered and directed to distribute the money in his hands as aforesaid to the said Anna D.Perkins,
<br />John W.Wiggers and Alpha H.Jones,and to deliver to them the promissory notes herein described,
<br />and that upon compliance with this order the said Administrator be discharged from his trlst.That
<br />the real estate herein described be and the same is hereby assigned and distributed to all of the
<br />said heirs at law of the said Harry Wiggers,deceased,share and share alike,subject to any and all
<br />conveyances executed by them,or any of them,subsequent to the death of the said Harry Wiggers,
<br />deceased.
