<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LYDIA BAUER
<br />I,Lydia Bauer,of Grand Island,Hall County,State of Nebraska,do hereby declare this to be my last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary instruments by me made.
<br />I hereby order and direcet that my Exec utors shall make payment of my just debts and the expenses
<br />attending my last illness and burial as soon as conveniently may be done.
<br />After the payment of such debts and expenses:
<br />�. I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Myrtle M.Bauer,my home and residence property,
<br />located at 1219 West 7th Street,Grand Island,Nebraska;and also the sum of One Hundred and No/100
<br />($100.00) Dollars ;to have all of the same absolutely.
<br />�. All of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,of every kind and nature,
<br />and wheresoever situated,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to my beloved children. .
<br />Frank G.Bauer,Mary Laura Ehlers,Rena Lydia Hardekopf,Ed.na Estella Goepfert and Paul Bauer,subject
<br />however,to the following stipulations:
<br />In the event any of my children or their husbands shall be indebted to me for money loaned in
<br />times past by my husband or myself;or,in the event it shall be necessary for me,or my estate to
<br />pay any part,or all of any indebtedness for which I may be liable through being the endorser of
<br />certain notes made for the account and benefit of any of my children,or their husbands;ln such
<br />-- event,the amount of any such notes,or obligations so paid,shall be considered as a distribution
<br />in that amount to the sons or daughters who are ditectly,or indirectly benefited through their
<br />spouses by the payment of such debts,and such sum shall be deducted from the share such son or
<br />daughter would receive in the settlement of my estate.
<br />I make this providion for the purpose of of adjusting and equalizing the participation of my five
<br />children in the division of my estate.
<br />LASTLY,I hereby make,constitute and appoint the Grand Island Trust Company,a corporation,of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,as the principal Executors of my estate,and my daughter Myrtle M.Bauer as Co-
<br />Executor,of this my last Will and Testament.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of May,A.D.1933-
