<br />g. That the above described personal property by Item Six of said last will passed and des-
<br />cended to Richard W.Wulf as testamentary trustee to sell, dispose of and invest the same, together
<br />with the real estate above described without obtaining the license or order of any court or judge
<br />and to invest the proceeds thereof and to pay therefrom said legacy of $1000.00 to Dora Reimers
<br />on September 18, 1933 and to bay the income of the rest of the trust estate to the widow, Minna
<br />Wulf, as long as she lives, and should the income therefrom be insufficient to property maintain
<br />her to use so much of the principal as may be necessary for her comfort, and that upon the death
<br />of said widow, the remainder is to be distributed by the testamentary trustee equally among the
<br />four children, Benny C.Wulf, Emma Drews, Dora Reimers and Richard W.Wulf.
<br />91 That by Item Six of said will., said executor and testamentary trustee, Richard W.Wulf,
<br />is authorized to collect and release all mortgages and debts and to invest and reinvest the
<br />proceeds, holding the same as trustee as above stated until the death of Minna Wulf.
<br />10. The court further finds that there are no legacies payable under the will, except to
<br />Dora Reimers in the sum of $1000.00 payable one year after the death of the deceased.
<br />11. The court further finds that the widow and said children have filed in writing herein
<br />their acceptance of the final account and waiver of the filing of annual reports by said testa-
<br />mentary trustee.
<br />12. That the personal property above described has been delivered and paid by the executor
<br />to Richard W.Wulf as testamentary trustee upon the trusts above stated, for the widow and children;
<br />that the estate has been fully administered, except the payment of said legacy of $1000.00 to Dora
<br />Reimers and except the administration of the trust estate, and that the estate should be kept open
<br />and jurisdiction retained by the court to show payment of said legacy and for the administration
<br />of said trust.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />executor be and the same is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executor and said estate is settled and closed, except that jurisdiction is retained by the court
<br />to show the satisfaction and payment of the legacy of $1000.00 to :Dora Reimers upon the filing
<br />of her receipt and to show payment of the income of the trust estate in the personal property here -
<br />inbefore described, to the widow, and distribution of the remainder in accordance with the will.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of William Wulf, deceased, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that under the terms and provisions of
<br />the last will and testament of said William Wulf, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described,
<br />and any other real estate of which the deceased died the owner, passed and descended in fee simple
<br />by absolute title to Minna Wulf, surviving widow, of said decedent, for life, and the remainder in
<br />fee simple passed and descended to the children of the deceased, Benny C.Wulf, Dora Reimers, Emma
<br />Drews and Richard W.Wulf as tenants in common, each owing an undivided one - fourth interest therein,
<br />subject to said life estate and the power of sale conferred upon the executor, Richard W.6ulf by
<br />said will and the same is so awarded to them respectively.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the personal property hereinbefore
<br />described passed and descended under the will to Richard W.Wulf as testamentary trustee to pay
<br />therefrom the legacy of $1000.00 bequeathed by said will to Dora Reimers, payable September 18,
<br />1933, and to pay the income therefrom to Minna Wulf for life and such part of the principal as may
<br />be necessary for her support and comfort, and on her death, to distribute the remainder of said
<br />personal estate to said children, share and share alike, and pursuant to the terms of the will,
<br />said personal property above described is awarded to Richard W.Wulf, executor and testamentary
<br />trustee, for the purpose of managing, collecting, investing and, reinvesting, releasing and dis-
<br />charging notes and mortgage debts and. to use the proceeds for the payment of said legacy to Dora
<br />Reimers and the income to Minna Wulf for life, and the distribution of the remainder to said
<br />children as provided in the will and jurisdiction is retained of said estate for the purpose of
<br />showing payment of the legacy to Dora Reimers and the administration of said personal trust estate.
