<br />of the estate of Fred Spangenberg, deceased, that due and legal notice was given, fixing the date
<br />for hearing upon said petition, and in pursuance thereof, on the 18th day of Mardi, 1942, Rena
<br />Spangenberg was appointed administratrix of the estate of Fred Spangenberg, and qualified as such.
<br />The Court finds that due and. legal notice of the time and place of hearing the final report of
<br />said administratrix and her petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate as provided by law; that there are no objections thereto.
<br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds:
<br />That the final report of Rena Spangenberg, administratrix of said estate, is, in all respects,
<br />just, true, and correct; that notice has been given to creditors of the time and place for filing
<br />claims, and that the time for filing claims has expired, and that all claims allowed against said
<br />estate, including the expenses of administration, have been paid and satisfied; that the adminis-
<br />tratrix paid from her personal f,.inds the amount of disbursements in excess of receipts, and makes
<br />no claim therefor against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Spangenberg died seized of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot Four (4), in Block Thirty -two (32), in the Original
<br />Town, now City, of Grand Island,n Hall County, state of Nebraska;
<br />that at the time of the death of said Fred Spangenberg, he and his wife, said Rena Spangenberg,
<br />occupied said rremises as their homestead, and the same is now occupied by said Rena Spangenberg as
<br />herr homestead, and that said undivided one-half interest in said real estate, belonging to said
<br />Fred Spangenberg, passed and descended to Rena Spangenberg,widow, and Robert Starr Spangenberg, son,
<br />share and share alike, subject to the right of homestead therein of said Rena Spangenberg.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Spangenberg died seized of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the easterly fifty -six (56) feet of the northerly seventy -five
<br />(75) feet of Lot One (1),- in Block Fifteen (15), in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that said undivided one -half interest in said real estate, belonging to said Fred Spangenberg,
<br />passed and descend =d to Rena Spangenberg, widow, and Robert Starr Spangenberg, son, share and share
<br />alike, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid on said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Rena
<br />Spangenberg, administratrix of the estate of Fred Spangenberg,deceased, be, and the same is hereby,
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report, said administratrix is hereby discharged and
<br />her bond released., and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of Fred Spangenberg, deceased, and not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred, and are enjoined and precluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as follows:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot 42 Block 32, Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, upon the death of said
<br />Fred Spangenberg, to his sole and only heirs at law, as follows:
<br />To Rena Spangenberg, surviving widow, an undivided one -half interest, and
<br />To Robert Starr Spangenberg, son, an undivided one -half interest,
<br />subject to the right of homestead therein of said Rena Spangenberg, widow, and that the real estate
<br />described as follows:,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the easterly 56 feet of the northerly 75 feet of Lot 1, Block
<br />15, in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, upon the death of said
<br />Fred Spangenberg, to his sole and only heirs at law, as follows:
<br />To Rena Spangenberg,widow, an undivided one half interest, and
<br />To Robert Starr Spangenberg, sor:, an undivided one -half interest.

<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
