156 <br />THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />amounting to $80.67 upon lot dumber 6 in Block Number 17, Arnold & Abbott'a Addition to Grand <br />Isla.nd,Nebraska, and its complement in the County subdivision, of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 11, Range 9, West of the 6th <br />P.M., all of which is shown by said final report, It is, therefore, <br />Ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the said Annie McGrath as administratrix of the <br />.estate of the said Louis T.McGrath, deceased, be and the same hereby is allowed and approved as and <br />for her final report. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors, in the manner provided by law, of the <br />time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time <br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and. allowed against said estate <br />have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of <br />administering o.f said estate have been paid and that all claims, if any, outstanding against said <br />estate and not filed are fully barred and excluded. <br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Louis T.McGrath, deceased, and that said <br />estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Louis T.McGrath left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only <br />heirs at law the following named persons: <br />Annie McGrath, his widow, Katherine C.McGrath, Leo. C.McGrath,Marguerite McGrath and Ruth McGrath, <br />his children, and the Court further finds that the said Annie McGrath is the mother of all of said <br />children of the said.Louis T.McGrath, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that the said Louis T.McGrath died the owner of Lots 6 and 7, in Block <br />17 of Arnold & Abbott's addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, with the com- <br />plements thereto; Also, the North 47.61 acres of the South 79.61 acres of that part of the South- <br />west Quarter of Section 3, in Township 11, North of Range 9, which lies West of the right of way of <br />the Omaha & Republican Valley Railroad Company, in Hall County, Nebraska, and bein� the same premises <br />conveyed to the said Louis T.McGrath by deed recorded in Book 34 of Deeds at Page 85 of the Deed <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that Lot Number 7, in Block Number 17, of Arnold & Abbott's Addition <br />to the city of Grand Island,Hall - County, Nebraska, was the homestead of the said Louis T.McGrath <br />and the said Annie McGrath at the time of the death of the said Louis T.McGrath and that the same <br />is now occupied by the said Annie McGrath and her minor children as a homestead and that the said <br />Annie McGrath has a homestead estate in and to said lot 7, in Block 17, in Arnold & Abbott's Addi- <br />tion to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that all of said real estate of the said Louis T.McGrath, deceased, did <br />pass and descend at his death in the following manner; To Annie McGrath a homestead estate in and <br />to Lot 7, in Block 17 in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and in <br />addition thereto an undivided one third in fee simp le of ,-11 the real estate of which the-said, <br />Louis T.McGrath died the owner and to Katherine C.
